Always very helpful, no matter what kind of plumbing issue we're having. They also ANSWER there phones on the weekends too. Good luck getting another plumber out on a Friday night for a leaking water heater. They answered right away, were here in less than an hour. They are my new GO TO plumbers.

Eric came out on a Sunday for an emergency leak. He was informative and efficient. As you can see, we have a major job on our hands. It’s been compounded, up to this point, by other “pros” not diagnosing it correctly. But now we have a start. Thank you!

We had a crack in our toilet and needed to have it replaced. Our plumber (Jonathan), was right on time, removed and replaced the toilet, and got us up and running again with no problems at all! It’s always a pleasure to do business with the AquaDuck team, and they will always be our first call for any plumbing needs we have!

Exceptional service provided by aqua duck plumbing company. Replaced exterior gas line and portion of interior line. Both staff, plumber Lonnie Dunn, and his helpers were extremely courteous. Every step of the process was explained clearly. I felt like I was their most important customer. I am most pleased with their customer service and quality of the services provided. Highly recommend. We had to have exterior wall cut out and also digging underneath house to repair our leaking tub, replace faucets, overflow, etc.Techs got here 1st thing in am and completed by 4pm. While Eric and Bobby went to lunch, I ran to Lowe’s to purchase piece of shiplap paneling,cut to fit and set next to site. I had to pickup grandkids from school, told Eric would be gone a while. Without hesitation, Eric told me not to worry about install of paneling. When I got home, everything was put up which exceeded my expectations.

5 stars aren’t enough! I walked into a partially flooded house 2 hours ago and the issue is already fixed! Eric was at our house within 30 minutes and had it figured out immediately. This company is incredible and Eric couldn’t have been more helpful in the entire situation! Super impressed with after hours pricing, I was expecting a much larger bill. Truly can’t say enough good things!
