We had Bud's Quality Plumbing out yesterday. They where on time and went above and beyond on getting our problem fixed. All at an outstanding price. Heck it would have cost me more if I had tried to do it myself.  They are truly the Best in town.

I gave the company 3 opportunities to re-shedule. The first two times they were a no show. I had to call them to see what the issue was. I was told they were busy. Third time they were a no show for the a.m. period and called me late p.m. to say they were on the way. I said forget about it. Three times you didnt deliver. Atleast call the customer if you're not going to honor your appointments for any reasons.

Scheduled work to be done 2 weeks ago, followed up with a call last week and was told someone would be out the following day. Never got a call, so now the leak has grown to a major problem and I am paying higher rates with another company for emergency services.

Came out in a few days and fixed the shower leak. Also crawled under the house to fix a sagging sewer line. Will def use them again!

We needed seperate repairs for a leak and drain service. Great work and prompt complete time. Techs are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Bud's.

Miquel and Chris were awesome! They fixed our toilet problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. We highly recommend them and Buds Quality Plumbing.

Came to unclog a stubborn drain. They were able to show up next day. Everyone else I called was days out. Reasonable price.

I called them to fix my shower and they came out in less than an hour. I was very surprised. The techs were very pleasant, the person on the phone was nice also. The faucet works great. However they had to cut through the wall to reach the plumbing. Sadly, they left me with a wall that needs to be repaired. (The last plumber I hired had to cut in the wall and left an easy access panel. utmost quality there.) It will be a while before I have this repaired because the cost of this service was expensive. I mean I already expected it to be expensive, but I didn't think I was going to have to pay more to repair where they worked. I'd hire Bud's again for non-behind the wall work, but I'd have to look else where to see if I could find a plumber who could fix a wall they cut into if it was needed. I may just find out I expect to much because the other plumber did so well. (Other plumber moved to San Antonio.)
