Trent was fast, helpful, and informative. I don't feel like we got ripped off for the work he did. He also fixed the disaster under the sink that was there when we purchased the house. I like that he came to give us a quote and ended up fixing everything right away instead of penciling us in for a later day.

Great work. These guys are super professional. Free estimate, no charge for coming out. They arrived around 6pm, got started right away, and stayed till everything was done. Reasonable prices and no surprises. They kept me informed on everything they were doing and made sure I was happy with the work. Would definitely recommend.

I had Rotor Rooter come to my home because I had a toilet plugged up. Both gentleman were very professional and very knowledgeable on what the issue was. Very happy with the service we received! As others mention it is a little on the pricier side, but for same day service and the quality of services provided we were comfortable with the price. Abraham was courteous and helpful throughout and explained the entire process to me. He was even able to look at another plumbing concern I brought up and gave me insight on how it could be addressed when we are ready to do so. Our water heater was leaking and corroded, but we had a new replacement installed in less than 12 hours! He was able to assist us with selecting the right parts needed from Lowe’s and picked up the order for us. Everything was left nice and tidy when the job was done and old unit was hauled away. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing services in a timely matter.

One of the drivers caused some small damage to my windshield because they were flying down the highway with a trailer with rocks and mud. I went to the Harlingen office and spoke with Randy, he seemed to be ready and willing to help. I pointed out the damage to my windshield. And being an honest person I told showed him the damage that was already there and not caused by his driver. Nothing for days. I go to the office to speak to him again and he’s basically washed his hands of me. I finally speak with someone that can help, and I’m told this is not the first time this has happened. Someone would be calling me back. Javier Oovera calls me about a week later and demands dash cam footage. I told him I have photos of his truck on the road with rocks and mud. I don’t know how many people have dash cams on their vehicles “well I do” he says. Then he asked me what day this happened. I say Friday, but I then take a look at the photos time stamp and say, “my mistake, it was Thursday”. He comes back with “well, I don’t know, you say Friday now Thursday”. Really? I see what he’s doing and just resorted to filing a police report. This company is full of crooked, unprofessional individuals. I can’t imagine being a customer and something goes wrong. You’ll get the run around, the ho, hum, “there’s nothing we can do” with some generic excuse. I’d stay very clear from these people. I’ll be filing a police report and including all the damages including the paint chips. When all I wanted was for them to apologize and fix the small windshield crack.
