Watermark Plumbing

The two water heaters in my attic were approaching 12 years of service. I decided to replace both of them as I was noticing some rust and oxidation on them. I had four different plumbing companies come by to inspect and give me an estimate of replacing the two attic water heaters. (BTW: who decided that the attic was a good place to put water heaters? It is the worst possible place to put them.) One of the four companies I had come out was Watermark Plumbing. Out of the four estimates Watermark was not the most expensive nor the least expensive. I guess they were the Goldilocks Plumbers of the four that came out. Watermark sent two plumbers out (Michael and Justin) to get the estimate. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The icing on the cake was they were willing to give me a Veterans Discount. None of the other companies would do that. A date was set for the new install and they showed up on time to remove the old water heaters and install the new ones. The install went smoothly and was completed in one day. Those water heaters are literally on the third floor of our home, the attic. That was a lot of work getting those old tanks down and the new ones up in the attic. The removal and install took about eight hours and at the end of the day we had hot water. The install was about three weeks ago and there have been no problems with the new tanks at all. No leaks, no issues at all. If you need or are thinking of replacing your water heaters I suggest you get at least. four estimates and make sure one of those estimates comes from Watermark Plumbing. I highly recommend Watermark Plumbing.

I first contacted Watermark to come out to repair my toilet shut off valve, as it was difficult to turn by hand and therefore I couldn’t fix the flushing mechanism in my toilet. Michael came out with his associate and not only quickly repaired the shut off valve, he also changed out the entire flushing mechanism inside the toilet. On his way out, I asked him to look at the guest bathroom toilet that was rocking back and forth. He pulled the toilet and found that the sewer pipe was corroded and leaking sewage into the floor. This turned into a major project for Watermark, as they had to return multiple times over the ensuing weeks to jackhammer away the concrete, expose the sewage pipe, replace with a new pipe, pour new concrete, and then finally reattach the toilet. Throughout this process, Michael and his associates returned in a timely manner and completed the work with diligence and care. I was impressed at how much he went above and beyond for this project. Although I paid upfront, it did not cause any issues with the timeliness of completing the work, as other reviews have stated. It’s unfortunate that all the recent reviews for this company are poor, as I do not have anything poor to say of the company. The only downside I can tell is that they are currently having an answering service field their calls, which I think has caused much of the communication suffering. But the quality of the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the plumbers were all top notch to me. Thank you, Michael, for all your hard work and dedication.

They get you to pay upfront and they never complete the job. Still waiting for 3 months for watermark plumbing to finish the job, or give me at least a partial refund. They have missed many appointments to make it right, and keep promising to call me back. DO NOT PAY THEM BEFORE THE JOB IS COMPLETE, OR YOU WILL PROBABLY END UP BEGGING FOR YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN THEY LEAVE YOU WITH A LARGE HOLE IN YOUR FOUNDATION, and no one willing to finish what they started. ***update*** I was able to secure a partial refund once my bank fought for what I paid for to be completed or refunded.

Did an excellent job of installing a backup water heater. Michael was very courteous explain the whole process and also got this done in a very short time. We had guests over the Memorial Day weekend, and we're worried if you could get it done before then. But the process was straightforward and was done in a very clean manner. Of course it's just being a couple of days and so far so good, so I'm hoping that everything will work out. They do have a 2-year labor and parts warranty in addition to the manufacturer as well

I contacted three different plumbing companies and Watermark is the only one that responded immediately. Michael was at my home within an hour to determine the problem with my leaking water heater. The other plumbing companies could not get to me for another 3 days. Watermark replaced both of my water heaters, in my attic, the following day. I found them to be very professional and up front about the whole process. Highly recommended.

I've used Watermark several times. They often come the same day, their prices are fair, their repairmen are knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help. In fact, sometimes they do not charge if it's a simple fix that I can do myself. I have used other plumbers in the past, but they were no where near as good as this company. Truly, they are wonderful.

They dispatched a plumber on June 8. He didn't find any leaks and said a calking in shower was the problem. We paid him $125 for diagnosis..no repairs made Leaks continued and we asked plumber to return and fix the leak. The technician asked for another $230 to pay for diagnosis.. and we told him that the fix the leak since diagnosis was not required anymore. Their owner insisted to pay for diagnosis.. over and above for repairs. I wasn't willing to pay twice for "diagnosed" and the plumber did not agree to perform.. This is a SCAMMER. No homeowner would pay twice for diagnosis.. I will not call this company. Byers beware!
