Making the appointment was fast and easy…I had an appointment for the next day. Dakota quickly assessed the problem with our water heater and explained the situation in detail. He provided a few options to replace the 20 year old water heater and within an hour we were off to the races to replace the unit. In came Ignacio (Nacho) who was just as professional and had our new water heater installed and working within a couple hours. He had an issue with the size of the unit and our storage closet but he quickly found a workaround and the fix was professionally done. I highly recommend Anchor for your plumbing needs. Unfortunately we needed to get some professional help with our plumbing issues. Fortunately we started and ended our search with the plumbing group Anchor. From our first encounter with Dakota to evaluate, diagnose, and problem solve our situation to the great team of plumbers that did the work we felt comfortable and confident in our experience. Joseph the master plumber and his crew (sadly missed getting names) the work went so smoothly and we feel assured all will be well. We highly recommend this organization.

Anchor Plumbing was outstanding. From the minute I sent a text at 7 am on Monday to getting a call within minutes, to someone coming in at noon to see what was wrong and then having the guys come in at 3pm to install everything. Mason was the technician who came in to do the initial inspection and from the very beginning explained everything and was very thorough. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what our options were and made sure all our questions were answered. Then Alex and another technician came in at 3pm and installed our water softener, fixed both shower valves and handles, and did so very efficiently and with very minimal disruption and noise. All three gentlemen were very professional and kind. Mason then followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I’m so glad I found Anchor Plumbing and will continue to use them going forward for our home needs. They definitely showed professionalism, experience, and that they care about our home.

Dakota and Alex were very thorough and professional. Dakota discussed all of our options, made the entire process incredibly easy. Alex and Sam installed the water heater in record time, and took the time to explain the warranty, etc. for having to replace a water heater, the experience was as painless as possible. Anchor earned 5 stars for sure for this visit. From their initial contact, to the completion of the install was 6 hours. Great communication with them the whole time. This was my second time using Anchor Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my overall experience. They assessed my concerns and provided me with the best solutions to handle them, they even found a gas leak on my water heater and were able to immediately have me on the schedule the next day to fix the leak as well as the other concerns! Matt was who most of my communication was with and he was very professional the entire time, Brandon came with him to help repair everything and was also very professional. After having many issues dealing with previous plumbers, I am happy to have found Anchor Plumbing. Their communication and ability to promptly fix our issues has saved me from any stress and frustration.

I recently had a warranty call with Mike and Gavin after noticing my water wasn't getting as hot as it should following the installation of my tankless water heater a month ago. Both Mike and Gavin were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Mike quickly identified that the two Delta shower fixtures in my home had been installed incorrectly over three years ago during a shower remodel. While Mike worked on fixing the second shower fixture, Gavin tackled a leaking faucet I had in my outdoor kitchen. They were both efficient, fast, and happy to answer all of my questions. I’ve used Anchor Plumbing for a few services now, and they’ve consistently been top-notch. Highly recommend them!
