The company's overall rating is superb based on 3 factors; customer service, plumber's expertise and its reliability to stand behind its staff and the workmanship. The welcome was warm and created an environment the company was there to perform the tasks to complete the work order and periodically provided timely and accurate status of where my job was in the cue. The billing department appeared to have dual roles, receptionist and billing. They performed both task very well. The plumber, Eric and his helper, arrived on time, professionally installed another water heater and cleaned up after the work was done. Collectively, the team demonstrated a high degree of reluability. All were attentive and always available via the phone or email to address my concerns. I would readily recommend this company to perform any plumbing tasks. If you want it right the first time and without the high cost, this is the company to consider.

Our experience with Eric K. was tremendous. He was able to arrive at an earlier time than the scheduled appointment time. This was for a clogged sink. SA Plumbing came to the rescue on a weekend with short notice after another company cancelled at the last minute knowing we had no water since our pipe broke. Scott was quick and professional. He fixed our pipe, determined a long-term solution, and was scheduled to come back Monday since it would take some time to fix. When the pipe broke again the next day (in a different spot) Scott rushed over to fix the new break. On Monday he fixed the cause of it all and made everything even better than it was before this all started. High quality work from a very knowledgeable plumber!

I really liked the guy who came with his master plumber, but he didn't run a camera through my pipes to find the clog. He couldn't find the clog and said to me, "I 100% guarantee you you have a broken pipe at the oak tree." Really? How's that 100% if you don't see it with a camera? He gave me a bid of $6500 to "fix" my "broken" pipe. I told him I'm getting other estimates which I did. There was another company that came out who unclogged my pipes, ran a camera and found a broken pipe which WASN'T anywhere near the oak tree and did the work and put in a clean out for $1400. I won't be calling them again.

I had an upstairs bathtub that was draining very slowly. Eric arrived on time after giving me arrival notice, was courteous and professional, and promptly fixed the issue. He also give me a DIY tip should it arise again. Would highly recommend him and will definitely call SA plumbing for future needs.

Johnnie was ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS. What we thought was a “simple” water inlet line turned into a septic tank feed line nightmare. At No time did Johnnie and his two assistants show any sign of frustration. They were First Class technicians and kept us informed of every twist and turn. The job was done professionally and they were mindful of our property, returning everything to its original state even after two long and grueling days.
