The folks at Silverback are amazing. We received a SAWS bill for $1200. Apparently there had been a leak in our yard resulting in TONS of water. We were referred to Michael Angeles from some of our neighbors and Mr. Michael did not disappoint. Mr. Angeles took the time to explain what was happening, gave us recommendations and made sure the job was done and efficiently; he even was in contact with SAWS to notate our account. Silverback charged a fair and great price and i have already given Mr. Angeles number out to a few folks in office. Great man, Great Company. Thank you!

I typically check to make sure the drain is clear before running the garbage disposal. This time I didn’t and accidentally ran glass through it. (Always, ALWAYS check, y’all!) The garbage disposal didn't work properly afterward. David came out and fixed it. Really sweet, honest, reliable, hardworking guy who absolutely took care of us. I got a quote with one other company before David came out. The cost with Silverback ended up being a lot lower. I definitely recommend Silverback.

Nice people but very expensive, just needed a replacement water valve for my refrigerator, it took maybe 5 minutes and $291 dollars for a $20 valve. Again good people but very expensive John Wayne was half this price. Still no invoice, no warranty information on labor or parts. Not good for business.

This company is wonderful. They arrive when they tell you they are going to be there, send prompt reminders that they are on their way, have great prices, and are super professional! Their phone manager is awesome and available after houses. We have had our entire house flooded in the past, so we know having people who are experienced is a must. We highly recommend this company.
