I had the worst experience with 5Star Plumbing. I called six times for assistance and never received any follow-up. Chad, the plumber they sent, was rude and dismissive of my concerns. On top of that, the management team was completely unhelpful the lady over phone from Customer Service is so unprofessional they need to hire more professionals. It’s clear they don’t value their customers. Avoid this company at all

Out of all of the places I called in Houston for a quote, I chose 5 Star Plumbing for these reasons… They are fully licensed and insured (a must), they are extremely experienced, highly skilled, quick to respond, and have very competitive pricing. Everyone I spoke with at this company was extremely kind and courteous, from the sweet lady who takes the initial call and information, to the gentleman who comes to complete the work. I couldn’t believe how quickly everything was taken care of. I also appreciated that he showed up at exactly the time he was scheduled and also that the invoice was exactly as quoted with no additional or unexpected charges. After doing a random search for plumbing companies, I am so very pleased that I found this one. Now that I have used their service, I have the upmost respect for them and will call them for any future plumbing needs. If you are looking to have any kind of plumbing work done, I can confidently and highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing Houston.👏
