On Monday, Brent, one of the plumbers from a well-known plumbing company in Houston, conducted our annual plumbing inspection. He was thorough and took his time to explain what he was checking, turning it into an educational session. Brent discovered that our garbage disposal wasn't correctly fixed under the sink due to absent mounting bolts. So, on Wednesday, he came back promptly and replaced both the unit and the basket swiftly and proficiently. i was incredibly happy with his work on both days and greatly appreciated his professionalism and politeness.
