I have done business with AAA for over 10 year now. I have never had a bad experience when calling in any of the problems in any of the apartments I have work for even if it is after hour emergencies. From after hour receptionist to plumbers coming to the property, always a positive experience. But today I had a very uncomfortable conversation with Keiry Ramirez, she is very unprofessional, talks over you, and just thinks she can down talk to you because her boss is on vacation.

Apartment dispute regarding pipe issues led to landlord callling y’all out. The gentleman showed up and was very professional however oddly was talking in a way that seemed like he already knew what he was gonna diagnose as before even looking. Told him I was also a plumber (now in PM) like I’m retarded. All he did was fill up the tub to see if it drained at all (slowest bathtub overflow ever) not even checking with a snake or other tool to see if there was anything wrong (there definitely was).

I wish I could give 0 stars. I live at the Belvedere Apartments and we have been without water for 12 hours. I asked the plumbers when the water was going to be back on and was told: "sometime tonight". When I asked when tonight, some idiot claiming to be "the boss" got in my face (after he put down his burrito) and said "I said sometime tonight" There are 5 people literally sitting around doing nothing while an entire apartment complex is without water! This is ridiculous! Contractors will get away with whatever you allow them to get away with!

I had to have a Gas Test done for one our apartment. I had an AMAZING experience and received EXCELLENT customer service from Erica and Maria. They did so much to help me get everything to done for our resident to get his gas turned on. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you...Erica and Maria

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues. Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA. UPDATE: Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally. The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional. Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.

This company has done work for our association before and based on those jobs I had been recommending them. BUT....when I needed them for a personal home repair, I was told I couldn't even be scheduled until after I set up an account with a credit card number. After setting up an account with a credit card number, I was told no one could come out until maybe Monday because of all the rain our area had been receiving. I did tell them it was an active leak about 2 gallons in 4-5 minutes. After I hung up, I called Premier Plumbing and the City - both of which sent out people to assess without asking for credit card info. It was not on the City side so Premier went into action the very next morning and they just left after resolving the issue to completion.

I have called 3 different times and every time is its a run around. The first two times I called to get someone to come out they told me they would call me back and never did. Good thing I called around. The funny thing is my company is right across the street from them. Today I call because we need a leak fixed and yet again got the run around. They told me since I don't have an account with them they can't send anyone out, until I set an account up with them. I was never told the first two times that I needed an account to get serviced. So, I was put on hold then I reached an assistant and she asked me who I was waiting for, I then told her accounting (Which they were not in the office at the time I called). I expressed how unsatisfied on there service and I was ready to look else where. she told me to hold on and she will get to the bottom of it and get back with me. So yet again i was put on hold for a good minute until she got back on the line. she proceeded to tell me that she spoke to the dispatcher and the accounting lady was back in her office, her name was Kelsey I believe. so i sat on the phone waiting to be transferred to this lady and the call ended. This was a headache just to get service, found someone else and they our on the way and it took less then 5 minutes to get everything set up. i will never call them again. spend your money elsewhere.
