Called Saturday afternoon 3/22/25, made an appointment for Sunday 3/23/25. I received a confirmation text on Saturday shortly after my call. Great! On Sunday morning, I texted back to see if arrival window was 3-7pm or 4-7pm I got no response so I just waited and waited and waited. Today, it’s Monday 3/24/25 and I received no call back, text or anything, they just didn’t show up.

I've had a good experience with this company, particularly the tech Hamzah. He has been very helpful in troubleshooting and repairing a few issues on our new home. He doesn't charge left and right for service visits or troubleshooting secondary issues. On more complex problems he typically gives a few options some low, some high cost with his professional opinion on each. All work has been done in a timely manner!

Came out the same day to repair a water leak at the main water meter. Very professional and great prices compared to competitors. Fix it the same afternoon we called. Thanks again

They showed up on a Saturday within 2 hours of my call (earlier than their predicted arrival time). They had a professional van with their logo on it as well as a t-shirt with their logo. Hamzeh does a great job! Efficient, helpful and always responds very quickly. We have used Al Rooter for a pipe break, repiping the entire house, sink connections and disconnections, faucet and disposal installation, AND bathtub and toilet replacements. They are great!

Eric was great. First we thought it was a grease clog, but ending up a previous owner did a do-it-yourself fix that messed up the kitchen draining. The price Eric quoted was a fair price, definitely reasonable. I feel the quality of work was excellent. Also got 6 months warranty.
