Hershel provided the expertise to solve the root cause of the problem and only charged the initial fee. A previous vendor sold me additional services and did not solve the problem. I recommend Arrow and Hershel for your tankless heater needs.

Polite and friendly. The problem took a long time to diagnose. The water heater thermopile and igniter repair cost was so high that we are waiting and will get estimates to replace the water heater. My feeling is that they didn’t usually do this kind of electrical/mechanical repair on water heaters.
