Hold on to your wallet, they’ll empty it. Tech did know what he was doing and was very nice. Should have been about a $350 job, bill was almost double that. A lot of the time I paid for was spent waiting for the plumber to get parts. They had three trucks on sight and none of them had the parts needed for a small job in a condominium building that they service regularly. Simple leak. Few inches of pipe connecting main and hot water and the small T replaced. That’s it. Oh yeah, the leak was from work that Best Plumbing did in 2022.

Needed valves for our condo. Matt showed up, and changed 3 valves quickly & perfectly. He already had the correct parts and wasted no time at all. Best Plumbing’s prices by the hour are fair…, not the cheapest… but most importantly, they know what they’re doing, so normal plumbing issues shouldn’t take too long which means less money for you when you get the bill! That’s my experience. These guys are pros.👍

I wanted to start off by stating that I had to use this company as my HOA uses this company. I would not want to use a company that is not even approved by the BBB. I had to get the water shut off to repair a leak in the shower which I was using my own plumber. I got a call at 9:26 am to make me aware that the water was cutoff, and my plumber notified me that 9:47am the leak had been repaired. I immediately called the representative to ask him to restore the water. The representative notified me that he would need to call the company to make them aware that it was ready to be turned on. I decided to call the company directly as well to ensure that it was done in a timely fashion as they bill by the hour. Two day later I get a call stating that I would be charge for a full hour and a half. I inquired based on the calls that I had with the company that was clearly less than one hour, but I understand that one hour would be the minimum. I was told that the extra was because it takes time for them to reopen the valve. The company told me that the representative had left the location at 9:36. This was not true as when I called the representative, he made me aware that he was down the street at 9:48am. I decided to speak with the company directly and was told that they didn’t care if I made a complaint as well as let me know that I would be blacklisted that would prevent me from ever receiving their services. I was appalled by the way they spoke to me so decided to pull up other Google reviews, Yelp and other websites and noticed that I am not the only one that it was done to. Customer service is out the window and all they do is find creative ways to bill you or overcharge you. You better believe I will be at the next HOA meeting to ensure that we use a more reputable company going forward. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY ! VERY VERY DISHONEST

This is truly great and honest company. The plumber Chars was great. He worked hard to find the gas leak spot and he did! The excellent team help me the gas back and save money. I really appreciate what they did and I will continue to have business with this company in the future.

We have had several plumbing issues that this company has handled and they’re always handled well. Their employees are always fast and thorough. Recently we had Patrick come help us with an issue and he was great! Very happy with their services 👏🏼

This company does a lot of work in our HOA. The plumber arrived over an hour after scheduled appt. He gave me an estimate of $400. The bill turned out to be almost $600. There is a $50 "travel charge" which was never mentioned. Also he said the cost of materials would be "negligible" but it was almost $230. He also denigrated another company while he was here. When I called the company they were not at all helpful. I resent having to pay someone $100/hr for their drive time, especially as it was not mentioned. Labor time should be charged only for the time taken to do the job. . .not for driving or figuring out the bill. I posted this review right after paying the bill. The work all had to be torn out a few weeks later because it was not done properly. The new plumber charged half as much to do the job correctly.

My HOA called this company when there was a leak coming from my condo. We were then billed for what the HOA paid. They charged overtime hours since they were called in the middle of the night when no one was there to answer the door as well during the day when we were able to get there to unlock the condo. Since it took two trips, we were charged $518 for them to come out to pull up the leaky toilet, which my husband said was about 45 minutes worth of work. They didn't fixed the problem and only diagnosed it. They charge for driving time as well as any time they are on the property and not just the time they take to do the job, so rather than paying a fixed price, you're paying an exorbitant amount for hourly labor. On top of paying for the drive time, they charge a fuel surcharge. I would never choose this company on my own, and you should stay away from them too.

I've had mixed experiences with Best a Plumbing depending on the service person. However, I will say that when issues are brought to the company's attention, they are quick to resolve it. Regarding the work performed, I will say I've never been anything but completely satisfied. At this point, I will continue to use them as well as recommend the company to others in need of services.
