We've use Blue Frog Plumbing before and have been very satisfied with the honesty and expertise of the company. Our plumber, Josh is fantastic! He took the time to do a complete analysis of our situation and recommended a good solution to fix problem. He is warm, personable and skilled in his profession. I guess he's stuck with us now. We will definitely ask for him the next time we have a plumbing issue. PS... Congrats to Josh and his wife with the expectance of their little baby boy. Blue 🐸 did amazing job of installing the parts needed to get our hot water heater working again and they even fixed our toilets all at very reasonable price! And the customer service was excellent ! Sean gave us options and explained the issues perfectly for us to understand, far from a pushy salesman, just a nice honest guy! Which we appreciated. You guys are awesome! I needed annual maintenance on my tankless water heater. Sean did a great job! He explained the whole process and showed me what he was doing. Sean was very professional and I would highly recommend him! March 2025, Charles came outfrom Blue Frog to look at a toilet leak. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, replacing the seal. Charles also replaced shower fixtures that I hadpurchased and did a great job. Blue Frog is reliable and affordable, I highly recommend them.

Josh did an amazing job! He not only caught an issue in how our pipes under the sink were connected, but flawlessly and quickly installed the sink and faucet, leaving everything clean and sleek. Wouldn’t definitely consider him and blue frog again for the future.

We had a leak on an outside faucet just before the hard freeze on Monday. Joshua Hinton from Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain of Northwest Houston came out that afternoon and found where the leak was originating. Unfortunately, it looked like it was coming from a pipe associated with our water softener system which was buried behind a bunch of stuff in our garage. Joshua and his helper worked for quite awhile on the problem until it started sleeting. They had to go for a part, so Joshua returned on Tuesday and finished the job. Joshua Hinton and his helper were so nice and professional. They kept me informed of what work was needed and how they were progressing throughout the job. This is not the first time we have dealt with Bluefrog, and the results are always the same - professional work at a reasonable cost. They will be my forever plumbing company!

I had Bluefrog plumbing rebuild an auxiliary gas line to my Weber BBQ grill. They completed the project on time and for the estimated cost. I found this company to be professional and conscientious. I would hire them again.

Josh texted me let me know his estimate time of arrival (eta), then he called me to make sure I was at home. He arrived on time, we discussed my issue with my toilet. He cleared my toilet within a few minutes. He was very professional and did an outstanding job.
