BlueFrog plumbing, via Jason & Josh, did a fantastic job! They carefully evaluated the issues, explained the situation and options, and then replaced my water heater. They showed me each problem I had, including the prior condition of the old piping, and then carefully took their time to input the new product perfectly with safety matters explained well. Highly recommend them!

I found my experience with Bluefrog to be totally positive. I have lived with a water softener since 1989 so I knew what I wanted and I just needed to make sure they could provide me what I needed. They came to my home, were absolutely professional and friendly. When I asked something they couldn’t answer they scheduled a follow up appointment and got a technical expert regarding water to answer my questions. They made me feel as though they appreciated the chance to learn something new also. There was no sales pressure, they never tried to sell me a higher level of equipment than what I needed. I appreciate the fact of how I feel they are trustworthy and caring. At the end of installation. I also felt everyone I had dealt with was happy to go the extra mile for me. How rare!

Kris, Jason, and the Blue Frog team are great to work with! We had Blue Frog replace cast iron drain/sewer pipes. Neither my wife nor I had any experience with plumbing and the guys at Blue Frog patiently walked us through the process of diagnosing our needs and explaining how the project would unfold. The team was thorough and detailed, making us feel comfortable with the process. Kris and Jason were also great at communicating and following through on commitments to our project. We are very pleased with our experience and will definitely use Blue Frog again should the need arise.
