Aside from needing to purchase & pickup the part, Eduardo got the job done in under 30mins! 😍 Our shower faucet stopped working 2 days before the snowstorm. So we just turned off the main waterline all together and then forgot about it for a week 🤣 since we had emergency water reserves & rain barrels. We called Eduardo early this morning around 6am 😅 but he took our call and came out to meet us immediately. He replaced the handle valves with ease, and even though the part needed was ancient, he was able to acquire it from his supplier, make it back asap and finish the job in a timely manner. No hassle 🙏 we are so grateful for your help. Thank you very much. We definitely look forward to doing more business with ERC due to this wonderful experience.

Eduardo's work ethic and transparency puts him apart from the rest. Great communication from the time we called (before business hours) until the work was done. He was upfront with pricing from items and installation. Unfortunately, the part we needed to be replaced was for a 1950's house. He was resourceful and knew exactly where to get the part. The disassemble and repair in total took only roughly 30 minutes! We know who to call for any plumbing needs in the future! Thank you Eduardo!
