Hector was amazing. Very informative, and told you what he was going to do before doing. I will use this company again. Guy was also good. They are very busy, so may take a couple of days! He had to cut my sheet rock, covered everything in plastic. Before he left it was all cleaned up!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had a main sewer line get backed up under the house and they worked with me to get the best possible outcome. The old cast iron pipes had to be completely replaced with PVC. We discussed options and he was very flexible. In the end, they got the work completed so the lines were up and running in no time. Highly recommend for major plumbing projects!

I recently needed a toilet replacement, and I was very impressed with the service from this company. Jeikon and his teammate arrived on time, removed the old toilet efficiently, and installed the new one perfectly. Throughout the process, Jeikon kept me informed and even gave me tips on maintenance. The work was done quickly and neatly, and the new toilet works great. I'm extremely satisfied with their professionalism and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs!

They came out the next day and fixed my gas shut off valve and installed my new stove. They were very knowledgeable, and courteous. The lady who took my original call was very polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

My husband and I recently purchased a home that had an inadequate water heater and additionally was placed in a hazardous area. We used GEI and their plumbing team were phenomenal. They came out quick and were able to install a new water heater , repaired the area where the previous water heater was placed and all around did such a wonderful job. GEI is our plumber for all our plumbing needs from here on out!

Before the trip, I had already explained that there is a leak somewhere on my property, and as part of initial trip to evaluate, I was told there is a leak (which I already knew before), and was given a quote of $725 to find out further where the leak is coming from… so… what was the purpose of the initial trip and the trip charge?

Professional with excellent customer service! They came the same day and gave me an extremely reasonable price! Did the job in less time than I expected and did a very good job! They even walked me through what they did and made sure I understood the work done. The owner even reached out to see if I was satisfied! Would recommend to anyone, anything, anywhere, anytime!

I have a great experience with GEI services. They got my call, scheduled a technician for the same day (ask for Guy Keha, he is such an excellent licensed technician, he is really good and fast). They offered a competitive quote and did the job the same day. I will be calling them from now on whenever I need a repair at home.
