Hired them to replace a sewer line that ran underneath the foundation and it’s been a nightmare. When we originally did the work we inquired about how they intended to return the excavation soil back to the original density and one of their team assured me that they would take density measurements to ensure that soil would be backfilled correctly. It was also outlined in the scope of work in the engineering plans they laid out to the state and to me before work was started. The reality of the situation is they hired some gig based workers to dig out a hole under the foundation and haphazardly re-fill the soil with no assurance that it was being backfilled correctly. When I asked about it and ask that it had been done correctly. I was scoffed at and told that they “had been doing this for 15 years” and they only had a problem twice in his career. When I called the office back they changed their answer and said, “oh we only ensure density measurements for commercial buildings”. I asked them to put these statements in writing to me, but they refused and dodged and lied their way to the end of the project. On top of that, they were actively filling up their trucks with the soil from underneath my house and only stopped and drove away when I asked them to stop. Fast forward 3 months, I have a 3” by 9” hole that runs underneath my home where they excavated and I will have to pay a substantial amount to fix their inadequate job. Edit: we did follow up with you, and asked you simple questions about how you intended to remediate the issue and return the soil to the original density as outlined in the engineering plans. Still have not received a response. It’s the same deceitful tactic as before, refusing to put your scope of work in writing so you aren’t held liable later.

This is one of the best plumbing companies out there. Very responsive, great communication, honest. Karen is so helpful and one of the nicest people to work with. The service tech team are very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional/polite. You need to trust your plumbing company and they should be your company for life. If you want to get a cheap quote or cheap work; good luck with that! You'll probably have to call halo after to fix the mess.

We used Halo to redo our home’s sewer lines. Overall a great experience! From the initial phone call all we got was amazing customer service. The quote was provided to us quickly and we were able to start work on our property almost immediately. The crew was attentive and hard working. They communicated through the process and made everything very seamless for us. Would highly recommend them!!

We had a clog in the sewer line and tried to clear it own our own with no success. Called Halo and they sent out Jose' to find the solution. We thought that the problem was solved, but two days later we realized that we had another clog. Jose' returned on Superbowl Sunday to address the issue and cleared the line to our satisfaction. Thanks for addressing our problem in a timely fashion.

They just jumped right in and took care of repairs I had with no hassle. Very grateful. They just did a repiping of my two story house. They installed pex in three day. I am impressed. No leaks!! I would definitely recommend!

Great communication and quick service. First plumber I found that didn’t charge an arm and a leg for just the callout fee. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend them to others.
