Hayden & Sons Plumbers is a name I fully trust. I had a leaking water heater, so I reached out to them late one evening and was welcomed by a very polite customer service representative. Being a Rescue Club member offers great benefits, both financially and in terms of priority service. Colin arrived the next day to check my water heater. After a thorough 15-20 minute evaluation, he explained that the water heater wasn't functioning properly and needed to be replaced. He also identified some installation issues from before that were affecting its performance and lifespan. Colin was very patient and guided us through the easy financing options. I'll have a new water heater installed tomorrow! I've always had complete confidence in this company, as they have handled our electrical system, A/C, LED light installation, Ring setup, and water softener installation. As technology evolves, so do their recommendations for improving our systems. As a homeowner, I truly appreciate their focus on safety and product protection. After the heavy rains in Houston, we noticed some water damage and were concerned it might be from the drain. He arrived promptly and installed the new part, making the faucet work just like it did when we first got it. Jalen was efficient and took great care in our newly remodeled kitchen. I also mentioned a leaking hose bib outside, and he checked it out and replaced it in just a few minutes, saving me another appointment. I couldn't be happier with the service from Hayden & Sons. I reached out to a local Houston plumbing service one Friday evening with inquiries about a sewer cleanout plug that was missing from my home for unknown reasons. I appreciated that Bentley gave me a call to inform me that the plumbers would be slightly delayed because they needed to thoroughly clean their tools following their previous job. Colin and Philip showed up ready to get to work. They immediately started the task at hand. I was concerned about another appointment I had scheduled at 2 pm, fearing I might be late. However, Colin assured me I wouldn't be late and that the plug replacement would only take around 20 minutes. They were highly professional and walked me through all their actions, showing me all the old cast iron parts that needed to be replaced.
