Hayden & Sons Plumbers is a name I fully trust. I had a leaking water heater, so I reached out to them late one evening and was welcomed by a very polite customer service representative. Being a Rescue Club member offers great benefits, both financially and in terms of priority service. Colin arrived the next day to check my water heater. After a thorough 15-20 minute evaluation, he explained that the water heater wasn't functioning properly and needed to be replaced. He also identified some installation issues from before that were affecting its performance and lifespan. Colin was very patient and guided us through the easy financing options. I'll have a new water heater installed tomorrow! I've always had complete confidence in this company, as they have handled our electrical system, A/C, LED light installation, Ring setup, and water softener installation. We were having issues with our baseboard heating system in our home. For over a decade, we had a different plumber come out almost every year to fix heating problems, but the zone valves didn't seem to work, and the replacements made no significant difference. Recently, we reached out to Hayden & Sons Plumbers to discuss possibly upgrading to a larger heat exchanger, as we also have an outdoor wood furnace. Instead of pushing unnecessary sales, Keith quickly identified the problem and made the repairs at a very reasonable price. I'm pleased to say that after the last couple of nights with single-digit temperatures, our home has been a cozy 70°F throughout, compared to last year when we struggled to reach even 55-60°F and had to burn wood to stay warm.
