If I could give this company 0 stars, it would still be too many. They were called to come out to fix a water issue and spect the entire tune just hanging out, not getting the work done. When asked to get started on the work, they refused and couldn't give an adequate explanation for why they weren't working to fix the problem. It didn't matter one bit to the 3 workers that no one had running water while they just hung out, laughing, and cracking jokes. To call them unprofessional would be a massive understatement.

I live in Coppermill apartments, and 4 times in the last 4 weeks, our hot water has gone out. Every time they come, it's fixed for 2-3 days, and they take multiple days to fix the problem. Also asked their teams when it would be fixed and were very unprofessional calling me pendejo and laughing and when I went and confronted them they knew they were in the wrong and still left the apartments with the hot water not fixed and they were here from 2:30-5:30. Very unprofessional business with unprofessional people working. Don't recommend using them at all.

Made appt to have them come for a blocked toliet. Although I called the female operater twice they never showed up. Had they told me they were not going to show up I could have called another plumber. My wife is handicaped and needs to use wheel chair to go to another house for toliet use. They caused us great trouble. DONT USE THEM IF YOU NEED SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST TO SHOW UP. VERY UNREALIABLE.

very friendly people, love how they also speak spanish and they get work done on time, i’m very satisfied with the work they do, they are available any time you want! I definitely recommend working with them!

They came out and did a drain line test for leaks and I've been waiting 3 weeks on the report I was supposed to get directly after the test. I'm a real estate investor and their work has been good in the past), but I recommend staying far away from this company if you want your work completed in a timely manner. I have been more than patient, but can no longer endure the loss of time and money waiting on a report that they won't even tell me is ever coming or not. My advise is buyer beware. from 10 days ago, I have 14 texts for an update with no response.

I rent my home thru a rental company and I was having bad leaking problems. I notified the rental company and they didn't respond until 2 days later but didn't fix the problem. So I had to put in for the same problem again then later that day I received a call from the dispatch of JC Plumbing and they said they were notified of a work order but the rental company to approve it. I explained to the dispatch this problem has been reported before but never properly fixed and there was water everywhere. From that point JC Plumbing was a tremendous help by pushing the approval for the job, came out the next morning fixing the actual leak, came the next day dried all the carpet that was soaked, then the next day drywall the hole made to fix the leaking pipe and then the next day physically inspect to ensure everything was done correctly. This company is great, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them!

These guys came. Evaluated the situation and left to buy supplies. Waited all day for them to return. They never did. Excuse was that their credit card got declined and they could not get necessary supplies. If they would have just called to let us know, we could have hired another company.

They come to people’s apartments and harass them over a parking spot. Do not hire them.
