With the recent freeze in Houston, we were left with a broken water heater. We have used big box plumbing companies before and have been very unhappy with their services and pricing. However, Tim was recommended to us and glad that he was! He was over at our house in minutes and we had hot water the same day, even during the busy time when many people were experiencing issues.
