I have been very impressed with my entire experience with Nick's Plumbing. It started, with Don coming to our house in Kingwood late on a Saturday to give me an estimate. As I have never had a tankless system before and didn't know very much about them, Don was very patient and stayed to answer all my questions regarding the tankless technology. He even advised/warned me of some things that I hadn't thought of that sometimes affect a customer's decision making process regarding tank vs tankless. I informed Don I would get back to him on Wednesday as I was getting 3 bids for the work. On Wednesday, I called Don back to inform him that I wanted to use Nick's plumbing but has received a bid from another company that was lower than his. Don checked with the owner and called me back saying they could match the competitors price. I agreed and was surprised to hear that he would have his installers out tomorrow to begin/install the system. The install started the next morning when Steve showed up and got to work. Steve very quickly got our old unit drained, dismantled and removed from our attic. He was efficient and clean with the assembly of the new framing and installing of the new tankless unit. I was especially impressed, as the install was quite extensive and Steve didn't finish until near 8:00pm that evening. I even asked if he wanted to leave and come back and finish up tomorrow (he already had the hot water running to the house), to which he replied that if it was ok with me he would like to make sure the job was finished that night. Having now had use of the unit for 24 + hours, I am very happy with the unit I selected. I give all the credit to Don for his expertise in assisting me to the right direction, and to Steve for the installation and perfect performance of the unit once installed. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of switching from a tanked water heater to tankless, to definitely give Nick's Plumbing a call.

Super easy to schedule after a late night plumbing issue and was able to have someone out the next day. Very communicative when original tech was running behind and sent another. Steven was great and very thorough. He answered all of my questions, addressed concerns, and was very polite and kind.

My family and I would like to thank Luis for working extremely hard and time consuming to fix the difficult situation we had. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t thank him enough for all his hard work and loyalty. Highly recommend Nick’s plumbing. And believe me we literally got several quotes from different companies that was not reasonable at all and we had an issue with not getting things fixed from other companies. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Nick’s plumbing literally saved us and we finally got our water back.

You get what you pay for. Get a licensed plumber for major repairs. My advice to all. My 94 year young mother, in the 77033 zip code, (yes zip codes matter) needed replacement of toilet and dripping kitchen faucet issues. Eduardo Garza with Nick's Plumbing remove the old toilet and found a damaged flange, which I suspected, replaced both items professionally. I recommend this company they were more reasonable than most, and did a professional job. Thank you NICK'S PLUMBING!!!

Steven Smith came to help us with annual plumbing inspections and flushing of water heaters. He was very thorough and kept the work sites super clean. He communicated clearly on his assessment and the options available, and respected our decisions. Really appreciate his work!
