I paid ahead to have the garbage disposal replaced but then I realized it’s covered under my home warranty. I tried to cancel the appointment and get a refund, but I was charged $140 because he went and bought parts ahead of time. If he had actually shown up at 7:30 or 8, which was the plan and had actually looked at things, I’d say that was fair. But, he never showed up—though they told me he did before I said he wasn’t on the cameras—so I was charged 140 for making an appointment and him buying parts that he can return or use on a future project. I tried to negotiate to 100. 140 to actually have him go out and assess things would’ve been easier to swallow—a service fee—but he was only allegedly driving my way when I cancelled. I was the first call of the day, and I am 5mins from their office. It’d be a 1 star review but I think that the prices quoted were reasonable and Amanda was easy to communicate with.

This company should have negative 5 stars. I new it I had a feeling right from the start this wasn't going to go good for me. I had a bad feeling when I met Perez plumbings representative or whatever this character named Marcos what a p.o.s.This fat p.os. comes over not knowing anything about anything asking to get paid half of the money without doing anything. So I had this bad feeling but I needed to get this meter installed. So I went ahead and hired Perez plumbing because the city says look for the closet one to you so that's what I did.I figured they are registered with the city.I went ahead and paid half of the money 950 dollars. 350 for excavation permit so they said but the excavation permit cost 250 dollars. When Marcos came to do the job he started making all kinds of excuses about he couldn't find the water main or he couldn't dig there just lazy person. So he returned most of the money but kept my 100 dollars. I had to start all over with a new plumber. 2 weeks wasted of my time. So I called the office and Ana and Crystal always answered but would let me talk to the owner. They must of split the 100 dollars lol pety. So I finally got a hold of Damon the owner and when I explained everything all he said let me look into it and I'll call you back and I never heard from him again. This is the honest truth and I left a few things out to make it short. These three people Marcos ,ana,,Crystal not sure about the owner Damon but the others are lying conniving thieving people. people do not hire this company unless you're willing to go through all I went through.

The woman who picks up the phone the first time. She picked it up and hung up . I called again, and she was really rude. I was asking when someone could come give me an estimate . And her reply was WON'T BE THIS WEEK I TELL YOU THAT.

I believe that the plumber sent to my home to assess and repair leaks of my home took advantage of the fact that I am a young single female to charge me in excess for work that was not completed. The plumber who was assigned to my house left two workers behind to complete the plumbing repairs that he quoted me for. Later one of the workers quoted me $400 extra for additional work. Once the work was completed the invoice written by one of the workers simply said repaired broken pipes. I asked him to put the location of the work. They did not clean up after the repair work that was done and left several large plastic tarps underneath my home. I am a teacher and first time home buyer and did not anticipate being swindled after Houston has been hit so hard with damages and loss as a result of the winter storm. My family plumber was finally able to make it over to my house two days later. I showed him the photos of the pipes Perez pointed out to me before their repairs. We discovered the alleged 12 foot line ($400 extra) that needed to be replaced was still there untouched. When I called the plumber to report that the work was not completed, he could not give me an explanation of the work that was completed or justify the cost. Make sure to take a photo of any damage before and after plumbing work is completed. If work was done, it should be described in detail on the invoice provided. Do not make any payments before they have shown you the repairs and have checked running water inside your home. I may not be able to qualify for disaster assistance because the invoice is so vague, don't make my mistake!

Called company Tuesday morning (6/29) and explained problem. I was told plumber would be out that day and would call 30 minutes before arriving. I waited until 4 pm and called to see if plumber was still coming. I was told the appointment could not be kept and scheduled for next day Wednesday 6/30). Same on next day. Appointment rescheduled for Thursday (7/1). When I called expressing my disappointment, operator suggested I call another company. Never was called by company to reschedule service. I did all the reach out.

It's wasn't the best experience only on the phone. The young lady was all over the place and could concentrate on an estimate that I called for.

These guys worked their a$$es off to get the job done right. We are just tenants of the place they worked on but we saw they tried hard. We are working to get a place of our own and we will hire them in the future.

Really capable and knowledgeable employees. Job well done and best price with a master plumber and permits.
