I am very pleased with the service from Yanez and his office. They kept in contact with me through emails, promptly and professionally. Yanez and his assistant installed a water heater the same day they came to my house for the first time and even repaired the shut off valve. They worked into the night and didn't leave until the floor was swept! Yanez is a professional plumber who takes the time to explain the process in detail and answers any questions politely. Both he and the office kept in touch to see how the inspection went. Plomero has earned the title "My plumber for life". I had an emergency Sunday morning. He quickly assessed the situation and gave a detailed rundown of what he wanted to do. After not finding the source from his initial inspection, he suspected the leak was coming from my neighbor and refused to tear down anything further until we spoke to them. He was right! He worked meticulously and carefully not to damage anything further, and cleaned up after the job was done. Plomero is simply amazing to work with.
