Everyone from Sword Plumbing provides excellent service. They are the most honest, dependable, and professional plumbing company. I have always trusted them with any plumbing issues. They fix the problem the first time and always give me the best recommendations. If I have a plumbing issue I don't even consider contacting any other company, Sword Plumbing is my first phone call. Christine was great at keeping me updated with my status during the recent freeze/pipe bursting week. Chris and Doug came late at night and stayed until the pipe repair was done. They also fixed a toilet that just so happened to leak into my downstairs. I cannot thank them enough for their great service and advice. I have used them in the past and highly recommend them. They are very honest and do a great job.

Mr. Sword came out for an appointment to check on a walk-in tub installation for a person in a wheelchair who needs it asap. He said he would get a quote even after we said that we were fine with going ahead with the repairs. And then there was no communication at all for 2 weeks, even after multiple emails, text messages, and calls. This put us behind schedule on installation. Now he says he won't take the job when it was his lack of communication back to us. Unprofessional, not responsive, avoid at absolutely any and all cost.

I’ve been using Terrell and his crew for a long time for my business. I won’t go to anyone else. They get it right every time. Christine is a doll at helping me get an appointment set up ASAP. I recommend Sword Plumbing to everyone who needs a job well done.

Mr. Sword is disabled unfriendly, inappropriate, comes out and promises something and has no honor nor integrity in keeping his word. When called, emailed and texted he and Christine refuse to get back to you and then when asked what is going on he refuses to take a call or take a job at any price at all. Inappropriate to knowingly strand one in a wheelchair with zero options. Christine will also hang up on you when politely calling. Use him at your own peril. I have all documented and would be happy to share.
