Highly recommend, they were very professional and quick to help. I had to reschedule the original appointment because of an emergency and they were very understanding. Claudio was the first technician that came out and he was very informative and honest. Recommend replacing and once we went over the information, and scheduled for the next day. Technician Rodolfo was the one that came in the next day to replace and honestly he was in and out in a timely manner. Quicker than I expected and everything works amazing now .

So I needed a price quote on a new water heater and Texas Quality came out very fast. They were very professional and very helpful with everything that the new install would entail. I got five quotes from separate companies and their prices were VERY competitive. Ultimately we went another direction but they were our second pick so I can't vouch for their work quality but I can vouch for their competitive pricing and their professionalism. I really liked them. I almost went with them.

Technician was nice and courteous and knowledgeable. I didn't have time or a call back from another company to get a quote. Was a little pricey but was told an expensive valve. A Freeze was coming so needed done.
