Plumbers arrived in timely manner. Assessed circumstance..made repair recommendation and completed repair all within an hour. I was very pleased with the excellent level of service and I will definitely call them again. I highly recommend this company and its employees.

The service provided by Wedgeworth Plumbing is first rate. I contacted their office at 4:53pm on Tuesday 02/04/25. The dispatcher kindly took my information and asked if their plumbing team could respond on Thursday 02/06/25 between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. I confirmed the appointment. Thursday morning, I received a call from Wedgeworth's office not to deliver any bad news, but to ask if their team could arrive 30 minutes early. I agreed and met the plumbing team at the earlier scheduled time. The Lead plumber Shawn and his teammate were both professional and polite. The plumbers were directed to the issue and went to work immediately with no delay. The parts in question were removed, located, retrieved, and installed in a very timely manner. I was so impressed with the level of their service I requested they look at other plumbing issues that were ongoing at our office which was 2 miles away. The team obliged my request, followed me to our office, at which time they diagnosed the problem and provided a quote on the spot. Shawn and his partner came in and quickly got up to speed on our multiple small (but annoying) plumbing issues. They had the parts they needed and were able to make the repairs and make recommendations where repairs were not warranted. We are much happier with a fully functioning bathroom now!

They seem very knowledgeable and honest. Another plumber quoted me $1500 to fix 2 leaks in my attic which were non existent according to Wedgeworth. They diagnosed the leak most likely stemmed from a vent leading to the roof.

Very appreciative of Shawn and Marshall, they did a great job and were even early to the appt. Despite the crap coming out of the pipes they smiled and got our drains back to normal. I’ll definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future.

Quite an unusual experience from a consumer home services provider. The gents who came out to my house were prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Definitely good things, but these things should be table stakes for service providers. (I recognize that it is not, unfortunately.) Three things made these guys stand out. 1) They took the time to listen and explain their rationale for their *recommendations* and *options* without pressure. Many plumbers take advantage of the fact that the consumer is usually stressed and emotionally compromised if things have gotten bad enough that they have to call for professional help. Even though my situation was not a plumbing emergency, I still felt that these guys were being deliberate about avoiding pressure. They're attitude was more like "let's find the best solutions for *you*" than "how can I maximize this month's sales bonus." 2) They were more problem-solvers than repairmen. Rather than just propose "it'll be best if we just replace everything" (which is usually more profitable for them, especially when selling you items with egregious markups), these guys were willing to try different things to get to a satisfying outcome with the least amount of cost and risk. That takes a bit more thinking and creativity than manual labor. But the approach can save the customer money, and may even open them to spending more on other things because they've discovered new opportunities to add value. It may also mean that the customer spends less, but these guys seemed to be more concerned about maximizing value than maximizing sales. 3) Flat-rate pricing. I don't imagine that they use flat-rate pricing for all situations, but they seem to use flat-rate pricing for many more common plumbing issues. This is great because you get a price (not an estimate) up front. I wish more folks ran their businesses like these guys. The high rating is well-deserved.

TJ has been out to my 85 year old mother’s house twice for two different plumbing issues and has always been very respectful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend using them.

Diamondrick did a fantastic job on replacing my water heater. Very knowledgeable and efficient, along with putting customer satisfaction first. Will definitely use Wedgewood Plumbing again.
