I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s, Including installation. Dr Plumber sent Rick M to install a dishwasher. Rick did a great job, he picked up and delivered the item on time, efficient, a great communicator, professional, friendly, and cleaned up the work area. I couldn’t be happier with the job performed. I would highly recommend Dr Plumber for your plumbing needs, and I will definitely use them again. Thanks Rick!

We had a water heater emergency and they were at my house within an hour or two to stop the leak. Then came back the following day to replace the unit. Fabulous company with amazing employees. Mike was great!

Awesome service! We called at night and they were here early the next morning. So nice and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed a leak we had in a water heater pipe. Price was much less than we expected! They are awesome! Best service, best prices ever!

I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher from Lowe’s, which included insulation by Dr. Plumber. Dr. Plumber sent Rick to install the dishwasher. He did a great job. Show me how everything worked and I’m very pleased.

I used Dr Plumber Service today they came earlier then schedule time. They when right to my problem where I’ve been having my problem. They listen and diagnose the situation and fixed my problem. The rep also provided little helpful tips to prevent and slow down this constant issue, so I did appreciate that information. I would recommend Dr. Plumber to the next person who’s having plumbing issues. There was no pressure tactic in like they seems to analyzing other problems or issues that you didn’t ask for nor could you see to justify the additional cost that it would take. The rep was very friendly nice and helpful. Thank you Dr. Plumber from the Jones family. We would use you again if/when we have other plumbing issues.

Rick arrived on time and had our dishwasher installed quickly. He’s very knowledgeable about his job and gets right to work. Very pleasant and personable guy. Thank you Rick for a job well done!

Rick was incredible. Installed my new dishwasher perfectly and even helped me troubleshoot the old one properly so that I can have a spare now even if needed despite other plumbers and an owner (me) that couldn’t figure out the problems with the old one. Would absolutely recommend him and their services. Very professional and knowledgeable with multiple models.
