Our water heater went out and I called 6 companies over a week-long period before searching my neighborhood fb page and thankfully seeing multiple people recommend Hambone. No other places were able to even come out to provide a quote (for a fee) for weeks. I called Hambone and Justin came out the next morning, provided us a reasonable quote (in 15 minutes and for free), and we had hot water from a new tankless heater by the next afternoon. This was 10/10 service from Justin, Larry, Barry, and the office staff who helped get us scheduled quickly. Iām not a big reviewer, but really appreciate exceptional quality and service like this. I deleted all other plumbing companies from my contacts.
