Honest Plumbing & Air

We use Honest for everything we possibly can. This round, we needed an entire new ac system. Daniel came out, looked everything over, sent me an excellent quote and had an install team out quickly to do the work. The install team was quick, clean, and super kind. They gave me a walk through of the work when done and we couldn’t be happier.

I have been a customer of Honest Air since day one. Since before they were bought out by Corporate America. I have to say, I enjoyed it more in the beginning, but it’s been all right. I fine and, while they still do a wonderful job, they tend to upsell quite a bit more than they used to. I guess that’s the way of the world these days. However, they came in today, did a nice, clean job, and I have a new AC unit that is working well – so far, so good.

Once again, Honest has provided excellent customer service. They were able to send their technicians over the same day and Lucas took his time diagnosing my issue and explaining what was being done and why. The appointment never felt rushed, and Lucas was careful working in and around the house, courteous, and professional. His level of experience showed and reassured my confidence in the company and the products they offer. I highly recommend their a/c services.

I will not use any other company for my A.C., Heater or Plumbing needs. They were amazing in 2022 with our AC and Furnace install and I used them, for the first time, for a faulty connection issue with our washer for plumbing. Tom Greer was fantastic and gave me a lot of fantastic tips about water heater maintenance that was completely unrelated to what he was there for. Great company.

My dryer was being wonky and popping the circuit breaker on one particular cycle. I set up an appointment through my tenant portal (we're renting) and they were here within a week or so. The electrician was super nice and friendly. He explained what might have been the problem in a way that was easy for me to understand. Great experience!

Very good, so far. Consultation prior to purchase was very comfortable. Bid options were competitive. Questions during the week prior to purchase were answered promptly. Good Mgr discounts offered. Install guys arrived a little later than expected, but still within the arrival window. System seems to heat and cool well so far. Looking forward to semi-annual check up in the summer.

This place is awesome. They really helped us out. Had a water leak overnight and Honest Plumbing and Air took my call in the morning and Dominic was here within 30 minutes. He was able to isolate the issue and resolve it quickly. He also took a look at our water heater and provided maintenance for that too. Overall great experience from call to resolution. Would like to give a special shout out to Dominic. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. He walked me through everything being done and provide information and suggestions of things I could do moving forward with no pressure to spend money. Dominic was awesome and probably deserves Six stars.

Honest air conditioning came out to install a heater fan motor that we ordered. Daniel was our tech. He worked for about an hour and realized we ordered wrong part. He didn't charge us anything for his time. They have the name Honest for a reason. I will use them again for sure. Thanks for making my day
