Eric and Eugene were exceptional. They both were very professional and knowledgeable with putting my house back together after I had my floors redone. They reinstalled 2 toilets, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Clean very careful and fast. Thank you

We had three plumbing issues. We considered one critical. AAA Auger were able to send somebody out the same day to assess our needs (I called on a Friday afternoon). David, the Plumber, assessed the situation and due to the late hour was not able to start the job until the Saturday morning. He arrived early and completed the three issues by 11 AM. The main issue was exactly what he suspected. David did a good job explaining to us what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. Part of the job included cutting out the external cement wallboard to get to a fitting. He did an excellent job - the wallboard planking is salvageable. He inspected for water damage within the wall, and fortunately there was none. David took great care cleaning up and returning planters to the correct spot. We weren’t expecting the planters to be returned to their spots. 👍 AAA Auger was recommended by two friends. This is our second time using them and we would use them again.

AAA Augur Plumbing replaced our hose bib seal, which was leaking. They are available 24/7 and provide free estimates. After their initial evaluation, we delayed the repair due to an upcoming freeze, and during this time we called to have them come out and check on it, which they did at no charge. They are professional and courteous. We also just had our water heater flushed. I appreciate that they helped me understand that the type of water heater heat exchanger (e.g., stainless steel vs. copper) you have impacts how often it needs to be flushed. Other factors that might impact this are whether you have kept up with maintenance and hardness of your water. Also, after I received the quote for the work, they gave me time to discuss the work with my husband, and once we were ready to move forward with the work, they came back the same day. We appreciate the service and responsiveness. Thank you.

I’m so grateful and thankful for AAA AUGER Plumbing services! They responded quickly and with true professionalism. Daniel, the technician and his coworker got right on the job… Found the leak in no time and when it was all said and done, the leak on the side of the house was repaired in no time, and the price was very affordable! One year ago I was scammed on a plumbing job, and then I called out a “ legit” plumbing company, who I won’t name; And that ended up being a disaster. Totally different experience with AAA. They have a lifelong customer now with me!

OMG to start I’m on my 7th roofer great reviews and all bells and whistles and all bad, and 4 bad plumbers last year and we figured it out ourselves. My first review of anyone cause all the stress from bad people these guys from AAA Auger Plumbing Services Juan and Seth were freaking amazing!!!!! When they say free estimate meaning you don’t have to pay for them to drive to your house and do nothing. These guys listened to us, our issue, then knew the problem and how to fix and say they would fix. And they did. Told us price and made sure before they left that everything in our water flow of our house was great even before we paid and signed. That’s exactly what we needed and did t mind paying for something done right and these guys took the time to explain everything unlike other companies that say big words and problems to scare you to pay them more. These guys were completely honestly and nice and respectful as well! I highly recommend them to everyone. There names again are Juan and Seth!!!!!And Tyler who arranged them to come out was great on the phone and called and texted me 30 min before and pic of people that coming out. Just Gotta say all the bad service we have had and found this company and these guys, when they left I just broke down and cried. Only happy tears!!!!!!

Wendell with AAA Auger was amazing. He was able to get here ahead of schedule. He was very informative and explained each process along the way and was very professional.

The plumber came right away. It’s Sunday morning at 6:30 in the morning. He went straight to work and got us taken care of. He was very professional as well as very kind. The charge was not outrageous and was fair. We appreciate not only the person answering the phone who was also warm, welcoming and understanding of what we needed, But the quick response, the professional attitude and behavior. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.
