My interaction with AJ's Plumbing was nothing short of disappointing. After finally managing to get through to them, they answered my call only to promptly hang up without any explanation or attempt to address my issue. This lack of professionalism and courtesy is simply unacceptable. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I wouldn't recommend AJ's Plumbing to anyone seeking reliable and respectful service. It's clear that they have a long way to go in terms of improving their customer service skills and overall business practices. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Do not use this company. Who shows up to a plumbing job in socks and sandals? He didn't even fix the issue that he was called him out for. He just took $864.00 of my mother's money and waisted everyone's time.

10 mins work charged $400. Still have issues with repairs.i dug line. Found the leak. Mark cut line and installed three connectors . i covered the repair. Later i realize water. Volume was cut in half. Can only use 1 toliet toliet at a time. No water avaiable for other service until tank refills.

Great work! Called and did work same day. Good, reliable, and honest company.

He showed up in house shoes straight scam artist please don't do business with this person he's a rip off artist with a foul mouth7000 for a 900 dollar job a real punk.
