I cannot recommend this company enough. We have been dealing with serious, ongoing plumbing issues for months and the first company who came out was unable to fix the problem after two major repair attempts (including tunneling under our house). After that, we called DFW Rapid Repair and had a completely different experience. James is knowledgeable, responsive, patient with my many questions, committed to actually finding and fixing the problem, and compassionate. He really understood how stressful it was for us to have plumbing issues for such a long period of time and did everything he could to resolve them quickly and correctly. He also charged us thousands of dollars less than the first company we worked with. I will be calling DFW Rapid Repair for all my future plumbing needs.

They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue quickly. We had a toilet leaking upstairs, after flushing. They took the toilet off and saw that the toilet was not sealing to the wax gasket. Before moving forward, they called me upstairs and showed me the issue and explained why it was happening. They put on an extra large wax ring and problem solved. These guys are top notch.

James was referred by a customer of his and now will be my forever plumber. He saved us hundreds over what the other guys were charging. He is professional and considerate of your home. He kept his appointment time and left no mess behind. He was honest and done what needed to be done, with out trying to charge for something that wasn't necessary. A real company that I can trust for all my plumbing needs. He is listed in my contacts now...for future plumbing issues.

James was our first and only call, he is awesome! We HAD a leaking tub drain & overflow pipe in one of the tightest areas between 2 floors and he knocked it out of the park. James was very polite, and so considerate of our home and time. We will never call anyone else again! 5 stars all the way around!!!
