Roto-Rooter again to the rescue. This is the third time we've used them and they save the day yet again. Tanner was at our doorstep within less than an hour and fixed our plumbing issue. He explained everything in detail, he knew exactly what was causing the washing machine to overflow into the sink, and told us how to prevent it from happening again. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate that he wore booties over his shoes (Asian house:) and he put down a big tarp to bring in his industrial snake.
