S & T Plumbing

Horrible experience. I am writing to express my frustration regarding the service I received when you came to fix my clogged drains. Instead of addressing the issue, your team spent time watching “how to” videos in my home. This is completely unacceptable. I expected a professional approach to resolve my plumbing problem, not a tutorial session.

Never used them, but if they plumb anything like they drive then I wouldn't trust them. Using the phone while driving, pulling into the intersection beyond even the crosswalk at a red light, then speeding away going 20 over the speed limit? If you're gonna advertise on your truck, then you should probably learn how to drive safely.

S & t plumbing did the job right. They communicated well and were knowledgeable about my situation. The owner even took time to discuss the issue with me before I hired them. They came out within the time frame promised and did the job quickly.

EXPENSIVE AND POOR COMMUNICATION. No rough estimate provided before starting to work. I happend to call them last month while having my restroom clogged. As per phone conversation, I was told technician will be there and look around the issue and then will give me details. Then, we can agree to work on it or not. And the charge was told as below: $60 service charge and $140 per hour cost. I agreed to the deal. But when technician arrived, they start working on it without providing me any details about what needs to be done and how much time they might take to complete the task. They took 2.5 hrs to complete task. Since they were charging me per hours, I ended up paying close to $500 for it. So far, restroom seems to be working fine (no complain about technician part). Later I called S&T to ask why rough estimate and details was not provided to me beforehand, she was very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend S&T plumbing. I used them because my business had used them for many years. I called them to fix a toilet at my house that had a sewage smell. The plumber replaced the wax ring. A couple days after the wax ring was installed, the toilet quit flushing. My husband and I decided to replace the toilet instead of having them back out to look at it. We've been wanting a new toilet anyways, so it was a good excuse to bite the bullet and buy a new one. The people we had install the new toilet found a ball of wax and paper left behind in the toilet. When I called S&T to tell them what had been found in the toilet, so they were aware of what their plumber had left behind, I asked if they would be willing to refund me any money for the poor service. (Since paper was also left with the wax, it was apparent that it was not by mistake. The paper and wax was a result of carelessness and a shot-y job). They said no. There is even more to the story, however, it's not worth me typing a novel. Needless to say, my business as well as my family will be finding a new plumber. S&T was unwilling to remedy the situation to save 2 customers, one customer being a business. I would not recommend them.

Fantastic work, honest and very knowledgeable and professional. My elderly mother who lives in a high rise just called to tell me how pleased she was. They fixed a "Singing" toilet that three plumbers previously had failed to repair, they fixed a garbage disposal that had a screw jammed under the blade as well as a shower leak. Reasonably priced.

MAKE SURE BEFORE TO ASK THEM FOR NOTHING We are remodeling our bathroom and we need to do some plumbing work so we called 3 plumbing companies to ask for "estimates " as everyone knows estimates are asked to compare and choose the most convenient! My husband told them what was the purpose of the estimate. One of the companies happen to be S&T plumbing llc. Located in Irving. They came give us the estimate, much higher price than the other two companies so since we didn't take it we were asked to pay $65. service fee. I consider it very unprofessional. He should of at least tell us that he was going to charge us for the estimate.

This company will be my 'go to' plumbing company from now on! I had a problem with my hot water heater and called my home warranty company who allocated another plumbing firm. Their technician failed to even open up the unit before coming to the wrong conclusion about what was wrong with it. Having been without hot water for 2 days I called S+T Plumbing as a local company for advice. Even though they were not able to come out the same day, they went above and beyond anything I have experienced before to help me sort the problem out. I now have hot water, and a very happy family!
