Tempo Air

Everyone I have spoken to is extremely helpful and professional. I called at 12 30 and they put in a work order for today. Have been using them for 10 years and highly recommend them. Yo actually get to speak to a real person on every call. Gustavo left Irving at 4p and arrived at 4 45p. This man knows his business and checked everything inside and out. Fortunately it was not ac unit causing my problem. He put my fears at ease and made me feel very confident in the information he shared. The customer service by phone, and field technician is above and beyond.

Receiving every 6 months check up from Tempo air for my AC and today was my service day. Technician Randy was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and ensured the job was done perfectly. I am very impressed with his expertise and friendly attitude. Highly recommended his service!

Technician Randy Newkirk always takes his time to explain what he is going to do and explain what he has found. Never pressures any sales pitch when recommending a fix. All of the Tempo employees that I had the pleasure meeting had the same characteristic as Randy's.

I’ve used Tempo for 25 years! I smelled gas in the closet containing the water heater and the furnace. Thank you to Jay and Jordan for fixing the water heater.. These guys were fast and knew what they were doing. Thank you, Bryan for locating the problem with the furnace . All your knowledge helped me feel informed and safe. Tempo has knowledgeable employees and is a great company to work with. What would highly recommend.
