American Leak Detection of Fort Worth

I woke up to 1-2” of water over 1/3 of the floors spanning across several rooms in my house. Needless to say I was absolutely freaking out but the plumbers (Henry Recinos and Dennis Garcia), administrative staff and excavation team at American Leak Detection were quick on the response. Once Henry and Dennis identified the first leak, it required 18’ of trenching under the foundation through extremely rocky soil to access the repair point. During the line testing of the first repair, they identified a 2nd leak that necessitated another 11’ of trenching to get to the access point to make the repair. While they were making the repairs, they installed a preventative measure to reduce the likelihood for additional excavation work if something like this should reoccur in the future. Throughout the entire precious they kept me up to date on the plumbers and trenching team access to and from my house, received regular updates on the progress and notified of the scheduling for city inspections to approve all the repair work. During the process of making the repairs the smoke alarms in the house went bad which caused them to constantly sound the alert. Henry took the extra effort to go above and beyond to install the new ones I purchased, for which as a senior citizen, I am extremely grateful. All in all it was an amazing experience to work with such highly qualified and conscientious team of people. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

Excellent job well done! Work was quoted and did not change. There were no surprises. The system was checked thoroughly and this was a huge job that needed to be kept to budget and done within a very short time frame. The job was completed and we were able to close on our house ontime. Henry was the technician that completed the job and deserves all stars for delivering exactly what he promised.

Price was quoted upfront. On schedule and service was unbelievable. Henry was my service person. He was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. People on the phone were all amazing and prompt in getting back to me. I have used them twice with same experience and would use them again.

Although I'm happy with the work ALD has done to date, they are 1/2 complete. Having found no leak in the above ground equipment, they are waiting for a little warmer weather to look for the leak in the pool itself. Reasonable. However, they attempted to charge for the entire job before that visit. I'm not in the habit of paying 100% up-front for 1/2 the job. The office was unwilling to hold off billing (or invoice for half) until completion of the work and then cancelled the return visit. I'm happy with the work but not impressed with the office staff.

American Leak Detection did an excellent job finding, and repairing the leak in my home. After having a couple of plumbing companies come out with the wrong equipment and trying to sell us an expensive slab leak fix when the couldn't locate the leak. I called ALD and spoke with Paul who took his time to tell me what kind of equipment they use for finding both inside and outside leaks. Paul came over the next day and found it in less than 30 minutes - it was an outside leak! We did not need an expensive slab repair!! We hired ALD to repair our leak and Dennis Garcia (licensed plumber) came out the next day and repaired it - Dennis did an awesome job taking care of us. I highly recommend American Leak Detection, they are very professional, and have the right equipment to do the job and they will not try to overcharge or take advantage of you!

Let me tell you about my new best friend Henry. This man went above and beyond the call and is the most honest respectable kind plumber and gentleman I have meet in this industry, american leak and detection of Fort worth is lucky to have such a talented and good hearted plumber. This man's work is the cleanest and best I have seen we had 98% of our pipes replace he answered every question and showed me everything. Henry was on time and always kept in touch. When we had that cold front come in and the tunnels were exposed and my pipes were to because the dig crew didn't cover the holes, it was Henry @5pm at night come from his house to close it off and unfreeze my water lines and install heaters. His apprentice Dennis even drove all the way from Denton just to help out we were treated like family will use Henry and Dennis from now on will not call anyone else just look at the photos and the work speaks for it self. We had a slab leak at our restaurant. American Leak Detection of Fort Worth sent Mike Carter out to our business. He found leaks in the old copper lines. Mike put in new lines and now we're back in business. I like how Mike went above and beyond to help us. He was very considerate of how small businesses are affected by these types of plumbing problems. He's kind and professional. Thank you, Mike.

I have zero complaints and nothing but praise for the wonderful crew at American Leak Detection. We’ve unfortunately had numerous leaks at our house over the years but Paul and the guys have helped us every single time. This last time in particular, Dennis and Gary went above and beyond to repair two lovely leaks. They arrived early, stayed late, worked harder than I expected and answered a hundred questions. The courteous ladies in the office were able to get us on the schedule quickly and the crew always gave thorough explanations of the work to be done. They are my go-to folks for anything plumbing related in our home. I highly recommend.
