Leak GeeksPlumbing techs came to my house to evaluate and then replace an exterior water faucet which the pipe inside the masonry brick had cracked causing slow water leak. The plumbing techs replaced and insulated the damage pipe and checked for any damage under house for wet foundation, damaged masonry brick, and the above flooring, luckily there was no damage in any of these. The techs were professional, courteous, and even moved heavy items necessary to access underneath the house. Other plumbing companies and foundation companies would not move anything, the access flooring had to be opened by myself before the other companies would do anything. I was very satisfied with the work done and the way they did it

The plumbing repair to my front yard water pipe leak was efficient in one hour labor and initial service fee, very professional and friendly by their 2 techs. I was taken back though by the one hour total cost of over $700, but with the military discount came out just over $650 for 1" L - 90 degrees connector and replacement of 2 small pieces of the adjoining 1" PVC sections. Sod was cut well and placed back firmly. Should grow back fine I think. Was told if DIY myself would have still needed permit.

Hands down the best service company I have used in a while, not to mention the best plumbing service yet. They had immediate availability, were responsive, and provided clear and concise updates during and in advance of the appt. The plumbers arrived during the stated window, were courteous and professional, and found the issue within 5 minutes (something that two other professionals had missed). I am THRILLED with the service and resolution and will most definitely be switching to Leak Geeks for our future plumbing needs.

Great communication. Fast response time. Technicians were very knowledgeable. Explained the situation and solution clearly. Hopefully will be a while before I need emergency plumbing help but when I do or for any plumbing need, Leak Geeks will be my go-to source. Leak Geeks Plumbing immediately put us on the schedule to come out the next day. The tech Jesse assessed the issue with the electric hot water heater. He was very detailed in what needed to be done. We were quoted and decided to get the job done the same day. The techs arrived on time. We were very satisfied with the replacement and the clean up after the job was done.
