Mark, Jake, and Nate (again) installed my permanent lighting around the eaves of my house, and I couldn't be happier!! I previously submitted a review about Nate and his friendliness and professional demeanor. Well, these must be required characteristics that Comfort Expersts look for when hiring! All three technicians were personable and showed me everything they did along the way. Now I have functioning lights that light up around the house and garage! I'm 100% satisfied!! Thanks, Mark, Nate, and Jake!!

Jerred came out and solved our problem and answered all of our questions offered us improvements for our unit that we were happy to receive he even fixed my front door on his way out as a courtesy. Best technician we’ve had so far.

Zak was really easy to deal with. He explained what he had done and told me about some things that are available to me that i was not aware of but he was not pushy, just informative. Great service. Nice person to work with.

Michael Martinez is an AMAZING technician! He let me know when he was on his way, how long it would be to arrive and when he arrived at my home. He quickly went to work to diagnose the issues with my central ac unit. He even went to extra steps to see if he could repair my unit and get me up and running again. Michael is honest, hard-working, and dedicated to his craft. Will love to have him come out and service my ac in the future. COMFORT EXPERTS ROCK!

Mike was incredibly helpful. He found a hidden problem and even though he had to order a part he did everything he could to get it running as effectively as possible until the part comes in. He also made great recommendations for making our system more effective and keeping our home healthy. Everything was explained well and he did great work.

Jarred was knowledgeable and friendly. Above and beyond service! He came out and cleaned out the AC and the coils, didn’t realize how dirty it was but I’m excited at how efficient my AC unit will run now. Took extra time to answers all my questions and concerns. Will call him again in the future!

I would recommend this company to anyone in need of AC help! Jerred Gomez was my technician and was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was so worried that we would have to find somewhere to stay for a few days, but Jerred solved the problem quickly. Amazing service, and I will be passing the information along to friends and family.

Daniel H. came out and did a great job explaining everything about our issues. This was actually a 2nd or 3rd opinion and an opinion from the city. However, this was different he not only explained the issues in greater detail he backed it up by showing us on the camera. The best resolution Ive seen yet we could actually see the issues in color. He also went over all the pricing with the membership they offer and without. He explained warranties and coverage. If the rest of this project goes as well as it has so far I believe I have found a new company to do business with. They will replace one you see on tv all the time.
