Ferguson and Son's Services

We have a home warranty, so Ferguson and Sins was chosen for us - but I could not be more pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the service technicians. They fixed the issue with our toilet and we are very happy. We would recommend Ferguson to anyone needing help with plumbing issues.

I strongly recommend NOT to use this service as they will make false reports, which lets you question their integrity. They were recommended by our Home Warranty Company, which was the only reason they were commissioned to diagnose the problem. I have since reported them to the Warranty Company to recommend moving in a different direction. They stated that the contractor ran 10 tests, on my toilets during the short time they were at my property which is impossible based on the short duration diagnosing the problem. The contractor Chris, especially was incredibly feisty and snappy in his communication and demeanor. Very unapproachable and unprofessional. Chris scoffed when I highlighted the problems we were experiencing, blatantly discrediting the issue. They were heard cursing and using expletives by our neighbors as soon as they walked out of our home. Customer Relations definitely needs to be addressed with some personnel training, as well as increasing the efficiency of their services with some operational training of their contractors. Two thumbs down, would definitely NOT recommend.

Chris and his associate were very unapproachable and unprofessional in their demeanors toward assessing the situation. They proceeded to completely discount and discredit the issue we were having with the plumbing, and essentially implied that there were no issues. The contractors had a smug demeanor as soon as they entered the property that suggested that they were either uncomfortable with completing the task, or simply working for us. They were loud enough to be heard cursing and using expletives by our neighbors as soon as they walked out of our home. Two thumbs down, would definitely NOT recommend.

horrible service. charged $400 to remove toilet and unclog. mentioned something about roots..etc...costing $20k to fix. They never fixed the clog. next day it was clogged again. removed toilet myself and fixed the clog myself 6 ft down due to bio-paper degrade buildup. Useless waste of $$$.

I first became familiar with Ferguson and Sons when I was shopping for DIY project parts at a local supply store. One of Ferguson's employees saw me looking a little out of my element and provided me with some sound guidance. When my 18 year old water heater went out, I called them. Matt and his assistant did a great job in both bringing me up to code (with an expansion tank) and replacing the water heater. Being cost-conscious, I bought the replacement water heater myself AND Matt and I went through my system together to see which parts we could continue to use with the new heater (like the overflow pan, the ball valve I had installed for easy flushing, etc.). The work was done professionally and with minimal interruption to our household AND for exactly what the quoted price was.

tech by the name of mathew F. came out for my water leak and i couldn’t have been more pleased by his masterful skills . he made me feel like i could ask any question i had and he answered them all with such detail ! he explained everything he had to proceed with from the beginning to the end . Mathew sorry for been a pain with so many questions but u did such a phenomenal job !! thank u SUPERMAN !! 🙃🙃 I will recommend this company to all i know plus i will spread the experience with all my co workers at the medical lab .. I am so grateful that our Home Warranty Company has such an amazing plumbing company for their customers. Aaron came out to help us after we had another plumbing company come out and do some questionable things and he took care of us immediately! He was knowledgeable, kind and very professional!! I highly recommend and appreciate this wonderful company that I am so glad…is veteran owned…which is an added bonus!! Don’t waste time with other plumbing companies….call Ferguson and Son’s Services!!

Waited a week for my appointment day for them to come out and hot water still isnt working after i asked him to double check. I was by told i have to wait again for a couple more days. I dont recommend this company. When you do a job make sure its done right
