Just got an emergency water heater replacement done by Mr. Kelvin. Super nice gentleman with professional grade installation. As a bonus, he also gave me some great maintenance advise to maintain my new water heater, which works great by the way. I appreciate how he communicated the progression of the job. The water heater provided hot water right after installations. My old rheem water heater took a minute to even warm up. A great product with an awesome professional plumber was at my home today.

I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Killeen today! I called in the morning, and they answered right away and scheduled me an appointment that afternoon. The technician, Kelvin is awesome!!! He arrived at my home exactly within the time frame given despite the bad weather. He was incredibly professional, he took the time to explain everything, and made sure I understood the process. The entire team was respectful and genuinely caring, making a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. It’s rare to find such a combination of efficiency and kindness these days— I highly recommend their service!

We were scheduled an appt for a Wednesday and they were unable to make it that day. Things happen so this was never an issue for us. The woman who called to reschedule for the next day was an absolute delight and very pleasant. The next day Gage and Jake showed up and they were equally amazing! Both were kind and courteous! Jake was incredibly knowledgeable and picked out a faucet that is exactly what I wanted! Absolutely lovely guys! Wonderful experience!

Tyler was great! He located the issue almost immediately and gave me my pricing upfront. He was able to finish the job quickly and confirmed that the toilets and tub were running properly before he left. He was even able to confirm where the clog came from. Very friendly and extremely efficient. I hope I don't have another issue but if I do, I would request Tyler again! Thank you so much for the quick service!
