Alex was great! He was efficient and extremely informative. He unfortunately had to give us some bad news about our plumbing but he was straightforward and no-nonsense which we greatly appreciated. He solved our immediate problem and gave us a good idea of what we might need to plan for in the future and how to get the most life out of our ancient plumbing. Thanks, Alex!

A couple of years ago, Plumb Doctors came highly recommended from a friend and they are now my go to for all my plumbing needs. I’ve called Plumb Doctors a few times and, with the exception of one service call with a inexperienced young man (who still provided great customer service), I’ve had excellent service. For this call, I needed a static pressure test following foundation work. I bought my older home 3 years ago and did not realize I didn’t see a clean out valve in front of my house until a year ago. Alex was my technician and he is professional, very knowledgeable, and did the proper trouble shooting steps to locate the clean out valve the previous owner buried under a bunch of dirt and sod. Thankfully, the test past and Alex patiently explained what he was doing every step of the way. Thanks, Alex!

Insinkerator Badger trash disposal was leaking. Unit was 11+ years old; it was time. Called up the docs and needed it expeditiously because my tenant was moving in the very next morning. They sent muh man, Josh, over and he was brilliant. Walked me through the diagnosis and required solution. Got all that was needed from his van, showed me what thorough repair/replacement experience is supposed to be like. Thanks a ton, Josh! The entire thing was most definitely on the pricey side but it needed to be done. I had no other viable options and was literally in the 11th hour. This Badger should last another 10+ years, hopefully. I highly recommend Plumb Docs and if you want a best-in-class experience, ask for Josh!!

Alex was fantastic! He came out today and fixed all of my plumbing issues efficiently and professionally. He took the time to offer valuable advice and explained everything clearly. The work was done in a timely manner, and his expertise really showed. Highly recommend Alex for any plumbing needs!

We tracked down Plumb Doctors after a few plumbers recommended by friends turned us down because they didn't service tankless water heaters. We've since used them twice and I can highly recommend! Marc came out last year because our water wouldn't stay hot during showers. He showed up promptly, immediately diagnosed the issue as a faulty check valve, and had it replaced within minutes. He took the time to explain to us what he was doing and even showed us how to replace it ourselves in the future (plus how to flush our system) so we wouldn't have to pay for the same service again. We called Marc out again earlier this week because we thought we damaged our heater after we fumbled through some self-maintenance. He came out on time and quickly confirmed nothing was wrong. He then stayed another 20-30 minutes to answer all of our questions, even allowing us to record videos of him showing how to do some basic maintenance so we wouldn't always have to rely on a plumber. I don't believe they're the cheapest but we found the pricing to be fair after getting comps from a few other places. More importantly, Plumb Doctor and Marc have always been reliable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I appreciate their transparency and willingness to explain and educate us on what they're doing. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Great guys and great plumbers. They were the only service who would come out when our pipes froze in Jan 2024, they cut out a burst valve and got us back up and running quickly. Just had them out to replace a leaking main line, the bid was competitive, I feel assured by their work warranty, and they stood by the quote despite some rough terrain and troubleshooting.
