Roger’s Plumbing

Just had a call completed with Roger's Plumbing, Marcus and Shane. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and completed the service quickly with great results. The cost was fair and even lower than I had expected. The repair was done quickly and successfully, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. I will always use Roger's Plumbing for my plumbing services. And will be requesting Marcus and Shane on my next call also.

We are always so impressed with the service by Roger’s Plumbing! We joined the Diamond Club last year after Marcus and his team helped find and fix a leak that caused a small flood in the house. We’ve done two annual maintenance/inspections now and consider ourselves customers for life.

Fantastic experience with Orlando and Jackson this morning! They were very kind and helpful as we tried to figure out where a leak might be originating from. Thankfully, from their knowledge and experience, it was something else and not what we suspected! They were professional, easy to communicate with, relatable and friendly. One other small detail, but I also wanted to point out how much I appreciate boot covers when workers come into our home since we have kids. Thank you for the help today!!

I want to thank Roger's Plumbing and specifically, Linda, Marcus, and Shane, for helping us with our recent home gas leak. They were pleasant, hard-working, and stayed late in the evening two nights in a row to identify our multiple leaks. They kept us informed along the way and explained what was needed to repair our leaks. Linda helped through the City of Austin permitting process. It was an expensive repair, but a needed one and we are grateful to Roger's Plumbing for taking care of us.

Always a great experience working with Jim. I’ve had to call Roger’s multiple times for different issues in our house and they(Jim) has always been very professional, caring and reliable. I can see the huge sense of pride this team has on the quality of their work. I’ve never had to call them back for the same issue as they fix it right. A bit more pricey than other options in town but totally worth it.

Marcus and Shane were helpful and polite. We were very pleased with their work. Marcus has been out before and he is definitely part of why we prefer Rogers Plumbing, he is great to work with! (And Shane was great too!)

Marcus was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and dedicated to ensuring my issue was resolved during his service visit. He stayed (late) until everything was accomplished. He was calm through what seemed like was going to be a big, messy emergency, and explained what was going on with my plumbing issue, step by step. I highly recommend Roger’s Plumbing, and I hope you get Marcus. He is outstanding!
