Worst service, “would be” so called plumbers they sent out were so wet behind the ears they didn’t know what they were doing. Problem not solved, they never sent the invoice after the 11/23 visit, then had the audacity to send it almost a year and a half later. Rude & unprofessional caller calling from their office because they did an audit and needed it cleared up. Well I guess your bookkeeping is as good as your plumbing services. Invoice has been paid but trust me I will spread it far and wide the type of service & business you run. If you want real plumbers please contact Robertson & Agnew Plumbing Heating & Air, they know what they are doing. FAFO

We spent $23,000 to have our plumbing redone. Supposedly. The problem started with water coming into our living room from the faucet in our kitchen (adjoining walls). We were told the pipes were cast iron and needed to be lined because they were basically corroded. We spent the $23,000. They contracted out someone to do our floors… which ended up looking terrible, but, at least we didn’t have water coming up in our living room anymore. Wrong. New Year’s Eve. We have guests… our guests are stepping in a puddle in our living room. At first we thought something spilled. Nope. Same problem we spent half my year salary on a few months ago. ***Update*** The company did send a crew out very quickly to re-do the part of the pipe that was still leaking (the original problem). They were good about communicating and apologetic. Here is my concerns; The ORGINAL problem wasn't taken care of after $23,000...so did we actually need to spend that much in the first place? The contractor for the floor was once again horrific. Which isn't necessarily their fault but also worrisome as they do represent Integra. I now have other previous customers calling me to tell me about their experiences and one in particular is VERY concerning. I changed my review to 2 stars. I have a bad feeling about what was done but I'll have to wait to see what/if happens in the next few months. Hopefully nothing.

Great company to depend on when in need . Workers were onsite ready to go and completed job and in timely manner. Owner was helpful with different options to get my system running highly recommend for anyone's next unit or service. Adrian and Dillon great workers .

URGENT DO NOT USE. This company come on December 2nd to see where a leak was from our hot water heater. They insisted at first that we had no leak but to replace both water heaters which we did costing us $5,200 which we paid in full December 5th mind you one of them was under warranty. December 9th the owner came in to talk to us about what we could do since our new water heater was showing that there was in fact a water leak Suggested not to go through our floor in the kitchen but to redo the whole Plumbing for the house through the Attic. He then gave us a quote of $20,000 flat. December 15th they came in and started to do the replumbing. But everything from the beginning had been nothing but miscommunication and nisinformation. They kept saying the plumbers would be at our home by a certain time but would never show up until 11:30 12:00 and a few times 1:00 they would work and work until about 5:00 and then they would leave. what was told would be a 2 to 4 day job ended up taking about 5 weeks. (One week was our fault due to family emergency my husband was hospitalized for heart and kidney failure) we kept expressing to them that the miscommunication and the way that the job was going with just the unprofessionalism of equipment being installed and nothing was coming in like promised. Today February 6th they came to try and fix all the corrections and Replacements because we had no hot water coming to our kitchen faucet nor do they run a line to our laundry room sink which they claim they forgot it was there Our pipes were constantly freezing up because they left a huge hole in our backyard open for 3 weeks. They showed up and started finishing up and the owner arrived upset with me and it turned into a domestic dispute resulting in me calling the police. The owner left us with no water to our home and took our plugs to our Water softener. I have children & pets. Job still isn't done and we have no water. I have a disabled son. And a heart patient husband.

Integra has made our move to Levelland and our plumbing and HVAC needs so easy! Their level of promptness, professionalism and the staff, owner and technicians have been nothing short of excellent! I would recommend them over and over again!

We had Integra come out and check our thermostat that had given us so much trouble. The Tech showed up on time, explained to me what he was doing, and got the issue fixed!!! Will continue to call Integra.

This is my second time calling Integra. The first time it was because they could get here the fastest and it was a great experience. This time they were my first and only call. They were able to get here reasonably fast even though it was a last second call. Mark and Justin were knowledgeable, personable, and polite. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had a spare part on the truck with them so there was no waiting. Integra will always be my first call! Chris (Melissa's husband)

Back in May when we had that horrible storm, our ac unit outside messed up, they came and got us all taken care of quick and Irene is so great and helpful!! They are very patient and will work with you! Highly recommend them!
