I called and spoke with Carlos about a leak under my kitchen sink. He called me back and said the Mario will be able to come in by. So glad he did he replaced a leaking faucet that we did not know needed to be replaced. On top of that he fixed the pipes under the sink. We then spoke with Mario about a toilet that kept running in our bathroom. He said it’s not an issue super quick fix and in 10 minutes had that fixed. Since we just moved into our home 2 weeks ago we knew we needed a new water heater. We got quoted a very good price and said Yes! Please!! So today on one of the closest days in Texas Mario came by this morning and installed a brand new water heater for us. So professional so polite everyone was so helpful. We are going to be getting a pool heater installed soon and will be calling to request there services for this! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

We've used Carlos for all of our plumbing needs since we moved into our home. So when our gas was shutoff due to a gas leak within our home we knew exactly who to call. Carlos diagnosed the issue and gave us options for repairing the problem. He also went above and beyond to get us restored since we had no heat during a few very cold days in February. All Metroplex Plumbing has been doing our plumbing work for over 5 years. Carlos recently installed a hot water tank with a heat circulator which works great. I have called this company, All Metro Plumbing about several times for plumbing issues since purchasing this house, and every time, they’ve provided excellent service. I’ve always trusted them because they fix the problems well. Today, I called them about what seemed like a leaking showerhead. He kindly explained that it wasn’t a leak but simply water remaining inside the showerhead, so there’s no need to replace it. Their honest and professional advice once again showed me how trustworthy they are. Highly recommend this company!

My two water heaters upstairs required replacement since they were about 10 years old. One of them was making a popping noise every time when someone in the house used hot water due to buildup on the bottom of the water heater. I called several plumbers in the area and finally decided on Carlos due to his honesty, professionalism, and reasonable price. I am an engineer by training and am very critical of most works done by contractors, but the water heaters and plumbing installed by Carlos are top-notch and totally blow my mind away. The work was a beauty. Gas and water lines are arranged so perfectly to allow spaces, to reduce tensions. He also installs water heaters which are rated one of the best for residential uses, Bradford and White.
