Devan was AWESOME 🤩, Super professional, knowledgeable and very detailed in his explanation of work. My bathroom/bathtub repairs were completed in a the quoted time, left the area very clean and took extra care with any decor. Everything looks Wonderful!! Give this guy a RAISE 💵!

Isaiah Henderson from the company was professional and very efficient. One of the most efficient service professionals we’ve had service our home in a very long time. The whole team is so professional and communicates quickly and clearly. Woke up to water pouring out from under the front steps of the house. Devan and George were there shortly after 8:00. Turns out a faucet on the side of the house needed replacing, so they quickly did that. Since I had foundation work over the past year, Devan did a hydrostatic test as well at no charge. Failed. The repair was 12 feet into the middle of my house. The dig crew had it ready in less than a day. Devan and George did excellent work repairing the pipe. Devan explained in detail what needed to be done, and they even found some repairs done a year ago by a different company weren’t done correctly so fixed those as well. I have more pictures than I ever thought I’d have of the pipes under my house! Dirt was replaced the next day, plumbing inspection the day after. The office staff made the financing and payment pieces seamless, and I knew what to expect at each turn. Highly recommend CW Service Pros. They are professional and friendly, and they do top-notch repair work.

While our technician, Gary, was nice and courteous, the quote for $281 to replace an outdoor hydrant was shockingly high. We had already removed the sheetrock from the area, exposing the pipe and work area, and purchased a replacement outdoor hydrant. $281 in labor to remove the previous hydrant and re-install a new one is excessive.

Our technician Devan was amazing very professional and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job on the water heater replacement. 5 out of 5 star service

UPDATED 11/22/2024 I wanted to update this based on our latest experience with CW. I am not sure there is another company with this level of commitment to their community or customers. We are the winners of the "ugliest HVAC in DFW" contest, and received a brand new Amana 19.2 SEER2 HVAC system. We received an Amana furnace, new Amana condenser (with heat pump) and Amana coil. Chris G was a saint. Mike and Karen, THANK YOU for your generosity and dedication to the community. Original Plumbing Review: We found a slab leak in our entry way, and CW was recommended to us from our friends and neighbors. Isiah and Seth were great. Showed up on time, accurately diagnosed our issue, provided options for us, listened to our questions, worked quickly and efficiently, were patient with our kids, and cleaned up afterwords. We'd recommend them again. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend CW Service Pros. Excellent customer service is their hallmark. In particular, Devan Adair is one of the best plumbing professionals I’ve ever dealt with. He does a great job of troubleshooting issues, clearly explains what needs to be done and what options may be available to correct problems. He is meticulous in documenting work performed, patiently answers all questions, and goes about his work in a conscientious, respectful manner - a consummate professional!

First, I have to commend our tech from the most current job (water heater replacement), Tony Nguyen. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced a more courteous, polite, respectful, and pleasant tech before. Aside from the above, he was also very patient to explain everything he had found and what he was recommending. A truly top-notch rep. Second, I love how detailed, organized, and over-communicative the folks are at CW Service Pros. They document everything the find and the work they’ve completed when they’re done. Understandably, the techs recommend additional premiums and add-ons, but never in a pushy way and they have always been respectful of my decision. They also list out options and fully explain the differences so I can make an educated decision. Kudos to you all and I hope you keep up the excellent work, customer service, and dedication to building trust with your clients.
