Emergency Plumbing Service

This company left human fecal matter spread across the walk way at our business address. They were doing work for another business in the building. When I called the company on friday Nov 10 at 2:30 pm to ask if the plumber would be back to clean up the hazmat concern in our parking lot, since we have TWO restaurants that share this lot, the young woman that answered the phone just chuckled at me and let me know "his ticket is still open so he may be back". He did not come back. Its Monday and its still there. The poor maintenance guy at our building is having to clean it. Poor service. DISGUSTING practices.

When you call, it's a different person that answers. They don't know what the other has done or talked to you about. I was told, after I called, that I would get a call back in 15 minutes to advise when I could expect a technician. No call. By the end of the day when I called to cancel the request, first off, I had to help the person that answered find that I had actually called, then they had someone show up in 15 minutes. No repair was made to my backed up toilet. The tech said he needed to remove the toilet and troubleshoot further. We agreed that they could return the following day. When I called to get an ETA, I had to go through the same process of helping them find my call. Enough said.

This place calls my phone asking for random people multiple times a week. Almost starting to think they are a scam operation. My name isn't Dion. Update your records. If I stop getting calls from your company I will remove my review.
