Live load haulers, takes for ever to unload just be on your appointment time no early delivery no overnight parking and no restrooms good luck

I stopped by this location during my lunch break to try and get a shower valve. This was the only store showing in stock. When I got the store, there were two gentleman at the register helping customers. None of them said hello or we’ll be right with you. I waited a couple of minutes before asking one of if they could help. I just got a one moment finger but nothing was said. I waited some more, went to look for the part myself but it was not on the shelf. Waited about 10 minutes before leaving. I totally understand they were with customers and busy helping them. I am in customer service myself and a simple hello, we’ll be right with you would have gone a long way. I ended up buying the parts online. I would not return back here unless it was the only place left for the supplies I needed.

Staff are mostly helpful if you don't know the name of a part or fitting they can surely help they supplied everything for your home related to Plumbing easily and also plenty on the commercial side of things.

I purchased a downdraft oven fan in January 2020. After 6 months, they finally came to install the item. While being installed they determined the fan didn't work and they needed to send out a repairman to fix the fan and finish the install. Three times since they sent out an "installer" and when the person arrived, they said this is not an install, they need to send out a repair person. The item never worked and getting someone to answer me has been torture. Finally, they sent someone out three weeks ago and again they sent an installer. Today when trying to schedule another repairman, they told me that since it is over a year it isn't under warranty and I would have to pay for the repair. Amazing.

It was a good experience, I must say that they work by the schedule, I tried to deliver the load the day before but never got a response. The day of the delivery I arrived 25 min early and was told to park on the side until they call me, they call at the exact app time, was LTL and took the about 40 min. Lessons learned: Don't show too early, there's no room. Fast and on time service.

Very knowable of their product line and Jay was able to find a great replacement Roman faucet for my 30 yo jacuzzi tub! Did I mention this was an emergency plumbing situation? Warehouse guys were great too!

I’m a truck driver. I get here every Wednesday around 2:30pm. my appt is 10am Thursday. they don’t ever try to get me in early. they always have an excuse on why they can’t get me in. us drivers have a life that we want to get back too also
