Toby & Sam are professional, reliable & genuine. I had the main line replaced from the water meter to the house. Although it wan't cheap, it was well worth it and great peace of mind that no leaks will occur again. Toby took the extra time to educate myself about old quest plumbing that was installed in the late 80s early 90s resulting in many leaks like this one in the area. Will defiantly do business with them again! A+++

I have been using Imperial Plumbing for a few years now. Toby is always consistent in answering phone calls for scheduling and updates. Sam has now been to my house a few times to fix issues that happen in old houses. Everyone is professional and the price is always reasonable. I am so grateful for Imperial Plumbing! During the freeze in January my backflow device broke and I’ve been “ghosted” by multiple companies. I left a voicemail on a Sunday night around 7:30 PM and got a call back from Toby within 30 mins. He was so kind and helpful, quoted me on the phone and said he could be out as early as the next day. He checked in first thing in the morning and Sam was out at my home that afternoon and had everything fixed within 20 minutes. I was so impressed with the whole experience! We had what we thought was a small water leak turn into a large project involving water-damaged floors and walls in two bedrooms. We are so thankful for Imperial Plumbing! They came out immediately with the proper equipment to dry everything. They were professional and friendly. They respected our possessions as if they were in their own home, and they kept us informed every step of the way. They coordinated with our insurance so all we had to do was file the initial claim. We had an excellent experience. Toby was very communicative, professional and a rapid turn around time. We called with water heater issues one afternoon and he was out replacing it the very next morning and didn’t nickel and dime us the whole way. We would use Imperial Plumbing again in a heart beat and would highly recommend.

Sam and Gary were extremely professional, kind, and thorough. They took the time to explain things and were very upfront. They had masks on and made sure to clean up after they did any work. Toby was very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful on the phone and was able to give me honest feedback and reasonable estimates. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to the guys showing up and they showed up on time. Toby and his team at Imperial Plumbing are the best!! They installed our hot water heater 3 years ago, and was amazing. It went out Sunday, he replaced a new one (Thankfully still under warranty!) on Monday!! His team was fast, respectful, cleaned up when they were done and were personable! I’ll never use another plumber!
