Everyone from each department whether, management or laborers, were professional and courteous and timely. I like supporting family owned and operated businesses like this one as you know you're helping other people like yourself. They did a great job and my floors and baseboards look fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Not everybody spoke English but I speak Spanish so that was not a problem. They frequently sent one person to do a bulk of the labor which made it take a little bit longer but I was OK with that because he was very sweet and kept to himself. I stayed in my home while they worked downstairs. I was upstairs. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but it ended up not being bad at all. Took longer than I had hoped but it looks great.

I was very happy and please with Regent- Restoration team. The packing team was very helpful during the packing process of my home, when it mattered the most. As we needed to get my home ready for Repairs due to pipes bursting on the first floor of my home. I appreciated all their hard work, Ms. Alma was there for the whole process, she assisted our family with any questions or concerns we had along the way. - Thank you so much! 😊 🙏

We had a hidden water leak for 6 weeks. Regent Restoration take a very good care about walls inner damage. They run different types of equipment to completely dry our house. Every day someone from company came to us and check drying process… I highly recommend this company if something happened in yours property. Thank you and job well done !

As a Marine and disabled veteran, attention to detail is part of my corps values. After a slab leak traveled through my home, sharing what matters to me about the care and attention Regent Restoration adds to what can be stressful life incidents - it’s rare air. Part 1of3 of my rating and review is necessary because my restoration is a process. From drying and preserving to inspections and adjusters, Regent prepared me before stress, not because of it. Their level of education met me where I was, and is keeping pace with my learned trust and expectations. While I’m expecting the best of my situation, acknowledging Regent as a rare team of caring individuals, with missions of possibility isn’t an exaggeration. People of consequence to me are Antony with a (T), giraffe like knowledge, he set the tone of straight talk. The A-Team brought dryers and preserving care to my home like they would their own homes. Ron, Marlon, Charles, and Isaiah, each crazy hard workers and super smart, showed me grace to avoid panic. Eddie is a real life macgyver period. Destinee’s team brought the most peaceful and calm pack out ever, not a small task and I’m sincerely grateful. And Jeff, Kaylee and Tyler - I’m humbled, are showing me focused giants of character, real talk from start to ongoing. To be continued…

These gentlemen came highly recommended by the plumber that was replacing my failed hot water heater, that flooded into the walls of my master bedroom and garage. They were on scene same day and wasted no time in getting on top of removing the carpet, and opening the walls necessary to starting the dry out needed to stop the mold from taking over the soaked walls and floors. Antony was incredible at making what needed to happen, happen, without me needing to figure it out myself. Leo has been punctual, professional, hard working and swift each day in coming out to my home to check the fans and dehumidifier progress. I truly appreciate Leo’s well-mannered, communicative and professional approach. Highly recommend!

Everyone that I worked with through Regent was very professional. I had a leak in my guest bathroom that went through the wall into one of my guest bedrooms damaging the carpet. Marlon Shields, lead of my water restoration project, along Matt were very prompt. Before they got to my house, it smelled of mildew from the leak, but they were able to quickly dry everything up bringing back a good scent to my home. I’d most definitely work with Regent again.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! Antony Ramirez was fantastic, professional, informative, knowledgeable in all aspects of the restoration process. I really felt at ease and confident that he would take care of us. Antony was exceptional in communicating with us every step of the way. I can’t say enough about Regent Restoration as a company. An experience that could have been stressful and a headache in itself, was far from it thanks to Antony and his team. Absolutely would recommend this company to any individual who needs restoration services.

If I could give 10 stars for this company, esp. Aaron, I would. We have called them out on two ocassions now for water damage assessement. Once it was a water heater that leaked water through our ceiling and another time, it was water from a broken sprinkler that flooded our wood floor. In both the instances, we had an industrial fan running continuously for several days. When Aaron came out, he measured the moisture in the area and give his honest opinion about what is needed, if at all. In the first instance, nothing was required. In the second instance, he recommended some simple measures that would remove a little moisture that he measured on the floor. These days, when honesty is VERY rare, Aaron's service is a breath of fresh air. We are seniors on fixed income and so not having to spend a lot of money to fix a problem that we could fix ourselves meant a lot to us. We REALLY appreciate Aaron for his thoroughness, his explanations and his honesty. We will definitely use Aaron's services again when we need to. May God bless him :)
